Small location. Doesn't have the vast selection of larger stores. But the customer service is magnificent! All of the staff were very helpful and kind.

Worst location ever! Horrible customer service! I placed my online pickup order 2 days ago. My order is still not fulfilled. Each day they rudely let me know that it still wasn’t ready. Horrible ill mannered disrespectful employees with terrible attitudes. Management is just as bad and combative. I suggest shopping at other locations with much more organization and kind customer care. Bath and body works please do better! We come to spend our hard earned money instead we’re met with attitude and aggression.

Although I usually avoid Stonecrest Mall, this particular location happened to be the closest at the time. Despite that, I found it to have a vast inventory and it's conveniently situated upstairs near Macy's. The customer service was excellent, and my online pickup experience was smooth and hassle free, just as it should be. If necessary, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location again.

The only three candle sale are the candles on the middle racks it's not the whole store this should have been stated in the flyer that's all. 3/9/24 visit the one in stonecrest and was greeted by friendly store associates. They were very helpful and even helped take my purchase to the counter while I waited in line. That's what I call above and beyond customer service.

These store is still awesome! Walked in 30 minutes to closing, and the employees were very welcoming, inviting, and super nice! Michele was very helpful, great with scents and smells, great attitude, and nice smile. We have the same taste in fragrances! I'll definitely come back as always, thanks ladies! Y'all Rock! Happy Holidays!

Came in to pick up my order…… this place was packed! The customer service here was outstanding! Moved the customers quickly and were very professional!

At this specific location they have terrible customer service. After purchasing several products they said they couldn’t give out more than 1 bag. I spoke with the manager Aleah about getting couple of bags for the gifts I purchased from this store and she specifically said no more than one bag. Please Stay away from this specific location if you’re looking for quality customer service.

Worst customer service I ever encountered. Visited this store a week ago to pick up items I ordered online. While I was waiting in line I picked up two items. Before I could get to the counter the sales clerk asked me (in a rush) did I have a pickup. Which I replied yes. She went to the computer to pull up the order and she was having some difficulties in finding it and one of the other clerks came up and told her she will help her. The first clerk proceeded to the next customer. When my bag was located I told the second clerk that I wanted to also pay for the other items which I had placed on the counter earlier. She said she couldn’t ring me up and I would have to go and get back in the line. I told her I was just in the line. The first clerk started complaining to the customer she was assisting about me that I only said I had a pickup. I told her the items were placed on the counter right in front of her and she said with an attitude that she didn’t see them. Very humiliated I decided to take the high road and walked out the store. After this experience I will go back to having my items delivered to my house. What happened to putting the customer first!!
