I went to Auto Zone and within 30 minutes an issue that I was having for over a MONTH was fixed. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they told me it was one problem, didn’t take much time with me and then sent me on about my way. However, when I took it to Auto Zone, everyone was so nice and attentive to me! My engine light and battery light went off as soon as they finished taking care of me. Mind you this issue was going on for over a month!! As a woman, it’s hard to come across men who won’t try to pull your arm. I’m so appreciative! Thank you guys so much! They looked out! Shout out to Boo’C and Mr. Jessie ❤️

Rolled in a little after 6 with at least six cars already being seen and 3-4 guys I believe were servicing them. The customer service was great. They were all attentive, quick, and efficient. I came to this location from a very kind and knowledgeable phone call. I didn’t stay long and I felt confident with my purchase.

After getting the wrong part from a different auto place, not autozone. I came here I told the young man what I was looking for and had him double check to be sure that he was giving me the right part. He checked the numbers and pulled the item out of the box. He assured me that I had the right part. So when I took it to my mechanic it sure was right!! When a persons car is down they are already stressed getting the right part matters!!! Thanks guys!

This AutoZone in Lithonia, Covington highway across from the Aldi. AutoZone encourage this dimutive small black manager, observed him helping his workers, working the line., The store manager here was excellent, took time to call other AutoZone stores for my brake swap, but the referred store 1475 Hudson bridge, was were my negative experience was. I entered this store at Hudson bridge as if there was a death in the family. Store manager was abrupt and cashier sullen face. Well I had to edit this Google review thing, which assigned my negative review to the wrong store.

Staff are very rude and unprofessional. They need to come in and fire everyone working this location yesterday evening! There was a young lady with dark shades on that serviced us. There was no greeting, she just looked at us when we got to the register, I had to ask her if she was ready for us. No matter what you are going through outside of work, don't bring it to the job and have a poor attitude. It's so hard to find good customer service nowadays ?♀️ Auto Zone... please hire more professional people with people skills. I'm pretty sure if the staff are this way, Management is too far behind.

I came in to buy some brakes and rotors and they said the system was down to purchase with a card at the moment . At least take the time to look and see if you even have the merchandise and maybe it can be ordered. Not coming back to this location.

The worst possible customer service ever called 3 times and each time I was on hold for 10 minutes, never got service and after this I’ll never give this place a time or day , my money can spend elsewhere . They need to fire this whole staff and start over again.

I was in and out. Had to go In To find some oil for my car because my car wouldn’t start just to find out that it’s not the oil so hopefully it’s the battery and I can come back up there so they can help me figure out what the actual problem to my car is

Unfortunately, the customer service is unacceptable. The MGR, SHIMRON, will add stuff to your order without your knowledge assuming you “just want it.” In addition, make sure you know the item for your car, because he will sell you the most expensive item. He’s a trickster and a con. He added spark plug grease and other small “under the radar” items to my order. I would not recommend going to either Covington Highway locations, as management “upper and lower” are unresponsive and are only about selling you the most expensive item and we all know, sometimes our budgets don’t allow us to always do that. I just wish the quality of service and hospitality would improve in communities of color, and reflect the better service often found in those “other” communities.

Very unprofessional you have managers arguing and cussing in front of customers. Today when I came into the store it’s was managers that was very loud and cussing at each other this is my second time coming to this location seeing this and it was the same girl from last time arguing with a different person. She is very unprofessional and should not be working if she can’t be professional in a place of business. I will not be coming back to this location or even shop with autozone again I will take my money to a place where people know how to be professional and have great customer service.
