“Leaving a review on behalf of my mother who as she ages I’m always afraid she will be taken advantage of but I trust her with Brian’s.She had a dent in her hood. She went to Brian’s as every other body shop was closed on a Saturday. She was treated kindly to the point where an employee came in to work all the way from his house to solve her issue. And it was inexpensive. These days, it’s hard to find great and kind service so I want to always acknowledge it wherever it exists. Thank you all so much for treating my mother so well. God willing, I won’t ever need work to the body of my car but if I do, I know where to go.”

He spent over 30 minutes removing by hand paint splatter from a white line on the road and then refused to accept extra payment. He paid attention to details; my sticker was placed at the top of my windshield and every time I came someone had to scan me in. Dion saw that it was an inconvenience and he offered to change that for me without me asking. He took pride in placing my new sticker with precision which I appreciated because the initial one was placed crooked which really bothered me. Thank you Dion was an awesome experience.”

“I can’t say how much I appreciate his service! My car was completely filled with mold due to an unfixed sunroof leak (My car was left at a dealership for 30 days with the windows up resulting in the mold) I wasn’t sure if anyone could fix it (That’s how bad it was) I contacted him and he assured me he would take care of it.. he EXCEEDED my expectations! He removed all of my seats and carpet down to the bones and cleaned everything! Great prices! Excellent communication, friendly, detailed and very knowledgeable about the process!
