Ms. Shamekia (assistant mgr. store #9698 {7522 Covington Hwy. Lithonia, Ga. 30058}) was a life saver. I had received the wrong parts. I did not figure this out until I was in the middle of an oil change 2 months later (procrastinator). The store was very busy, but Ms. Shamekia was professional and understanding. She put me on hold to help other customers, got back to me in a timely manner, did the research and ultimately brought me the correct part directly to my driveway. That was on Dec19th 2023, and I am just now posting this review (procrastinator for real). Thank you I appreciate it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MS. SHAMEKIA!!!!!

I pulled up due to a check engine light I'm like man what is it this time! Turns out it was a P0-128 code Brandon took care of me Brandon knew right off the top of his head what it was (Thermostat ) and here I am thinking the worst it's about a $100 job plus the parts total 150ishThank you Advance for having people like Brandon who knows the business 1 happy customers

I came in last night to get what I thought my momma wanted. They printed out a regular paper size receipt and gave it to me. I come in the next morning to return the item the computer froze and I’m being looked at crazy because the receipt that was given at this location. Just very unprofessional and I have to wait to come later when the manager is working because coke the find out the manager did it.

Ordered online. They were quick to fill my oder and called when they were done. When I picked it up I was in and out of the store quickly and the gentleman that checked me out helped me carry it to the car.

They sell the best parts in my opinion.As far as how I feel about them as a former employee, I can't fault the ppl that I worked with for my bad time there. I know when it was a good job I couldn't get it. And I only got it because it was a bad job. I did learn some stuff to help me be a better car owner so that matters and skills self taught that I would use at later jobs.

Young ladie name Tay. Is very rude and unprofessional I bought a part I took it back to another location so I won't have to deal with the rule customer service and received my money back and went to O'Reilly's to buy the same exact part horrible customer service

On December 24, 2022 i went into Advance to test my battery. The young lady indicated my battery needed a charge but after driving it would recharge. I asked her could they charge the battery. She said they couldn't take the battery out and I would have to take it to the dealer. I responded by asking her are they now making vehicles where you need to take your car to dealer to replace the battery. She said yes. I took my car to O'Reilly auto parts they tested my battery and said it was dead. I had my battery replaced without going to the dealer.I feel the service at Advance was poor salesmanship and will go to another auto parts store in the future.
