I cannot say enough good things about this auto repair shop and the crew… Ken took my car right in …quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed me up at a very reasonable cost…I’m New to this area and was being taken advantage of…this shop didn’t do that they helped me and I was treated so well with great communication every step of the way …the techs are knowledgeable in the auto repair field …I highly recommend Ken and the crew for any auto repair needs !!!!!!! Thank you so much again !!!!

If you’re looking for a car repair shop please take my advice and run like hell to another shop. This shop has had my car for over a month still hasn’t been fixed and then my car was broken into and window was busted out and still nothing has gotten fixed. Going to have to end up taken them to court and putting them on the news as a shady repair shop. Shame on theses sorry guys at this repair shop.

Been dealing with a lot of mechanics on getting simple things done with me my car. Through this experience I learned alot of mechanics lack integrity and when they see a woman they'll say anything they need to run up the chargers. This has caused more and more problems too occur with my car. I visited A+ auto today and this is where I'll be going from now on. They took everything I had to say into consideration, listened to me asked the proper questions needed and provided all the services I needed for the price we had already discussed. I want to say thank you to the establishment for having integrity and being honest with me. They also explained to me what was really wrong with my car, witch I'll be back in the near future to handle. Since I left my car has been running smoother, actually feels like normal again!

I highly recommend this place over any other repair shop! My AC was not blowing and they fixed it the same day. Their prices are reasonable.

The gentleman that own & run this establishment is very professional, they did not try to sale me anything I didn't need and only made repairs to what needed repaired. I would highly recommend this shop to family & friends as they have shown themselves to be trustworthy to me. As a woman I have found myself be taking advantage of by mechanics they always trying to sale me something or make repairs to other things in which I hadn't asked them to do. These gentleman didn't do that and I really really appreciated that. Like many woman we know that there can be other things that may need to be repaired on our vehicles but if we bring it in and tell you specifically what were wanted repaired stick to that specific request. Don't be replacing my tires & then telling me my engine need to be replaced lol why you even under my hood brah.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I was referred to this auto shop by one of my neighbors and I'm glad that he told me about this shop. The quality of work that they do is awesome and the prices are more than fair. The only thing that I would like when I bring my car in is updates on the progress of my vehicle when I bring it in for repair but other than that this is a great shop to bring your vehicle to where you get fixed what you asked for and don't have to worry about them trying to upsell you or worry about anything new being wrong after you've gotten your car serviced by them. They are always busy and that's great because that speaks volumes about their great work and fair pricing. I always leave happy and confident in the performance of my baby (car) when I pick it up. I've been using A Plus Automotive Repair for my cars' service and repairs for several years. Everything from timing belts to oil changes. Every time I go in I get great customer service and repairs done at a fair price. My cars won't be taken anywhere else.

We went to this mechanic to fix what wewere told from two other part shopsthat was a mis-fire, an engine coil repair.But Ken told us we had a broken gasketand charged us $700. Then 2 days laterthe light comes on again. We took itback and then are told that it is thecatalytic converter. We again took it toAuto zone and pulled codes and it cameup the same code as before we spentthe $700, no catalytic converter.However when we went back to A- Plusthey told us now it's a 106 code orsomething and to bring it back for asmoke test. Yes I'm smelling smoke allright- coming out of my ears!!! It's sowrong to take advantage of people asthis mechanic does. This engine coilshould be less than $100 to fix. Pleasebe wary and don't trust this business!!! Shame on them!!
