I'm posting from my junk email bc I don't want my name listed as I still have my things stored there. I am definitely going to move my stuff out. I called to speak to the manager of the facility. No answer. The owner called me back from another number. He told me to try her back and gave me a time to call. I waited and called back again. I went to my call log and redialed. Accident redailed the number he called from. It rang once and I hung up once I realized it. He called right back and I immediately apologized and said I meant to call the other number. He then says, "I'm warning you. Don't make that mistake again." I think I paused for a second because I wasn't sure if I was imagining that. So I asked him to repeat himself and he said it again a little louder - " I'm warning you. Do not make that mistake again." I was so appalled- I think I may have just hung up - I don't remember. But he was extremely unprofessional, rude and unkind.

Extremely poor management, multiple units broken into and a hole cut into the fence for easy access to criminals. Unit was raided damaged and items stolen. Office always closed. Just go somewhere else, not worth the headache.

Hello all please be aware I really wish I can give this negative Stars I place my items in the storage because at the time I was looking for a good deal they were running a special and after a few months they decided they no longer want to honor the price and triple my I called and spoke to the owner who then told me to come up with a reasonable price that I can afford to pay and talk to the manager once I talked to her she said he's the person that makes the decisions I think call back to speak with him again and he rudely hung up in my face just sad people are not professional anymore I will be removing my things from the storage please be mindful please read the reviews

Stop!!!! Do not do business with this place. My camper was stolen from here and the owner wanted to charge me $100 an hour for me to view the footage. One of the workers there told me that alot of vehicles have been stolen and that the owner doesn't care. I made a police report but I never got my camper back. I hate this place. I'm an Army veteran and this camper was my hobby to help me with my PTSD.

Key pad in wrong place had to put your code in sitting on the steap hill .its in the wrong place .they keep raisin price just because they want to .i got a letter telling me they are raisin price becaude they have not rained price on me i a while. The first time the raisen price it was because they said it cost more to opertated there is only one person there and there is no change or improvement .

It's a scam! My rent was more than doubled the day after I signed my lease and I was told over the phone that they intentionally falsely advertised lower prices to get more sales and they always doubled or tripled rent immediately. My unit was broken and could not be locked, and my things probably would've been stolen if I left them longer than a day. I visited the office several times during office hours and even sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for an employee but I never saw anyone who worked here. Unit was full of dead bugs and leaves, plus had someone's belongings in it which I was told to remove. Please be careful with this place!!!

My pink and white camper was stolen from here around July and August. The owner wanted me to pay $100 an hour just to view the video footage. As an Army veteran with severe PTSD this camper was my hobby and safe haven. The last time I saw it was July 23rd I reported it to the front office that someone had been in it again and I was told to consider moving it because they were getting a lot of break INS and the owner was very nonchalant about his customers items being stolen. I came back to move it and my camper was stolen. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. I hate this nasty place and my heart goes out to other customers who had items stolen and they don't know.

Horrible place. My storage unit was broken into and valuables were taken. As a matter of fact all of the units in my section had been broken into. I called the police and got a report. The officer told me that they're there all of the time. The streets are horrible and the site is unkept. Don't go here!!!!

Been renting here for years unfortunately. Price has gone up but the quality of the units are still horrible. This place is old and ran down.

I’ve been using the Steward since February 2022 as of August 2022 they say that all of my stuff has been stolen out of my unit and nothing was covered and they did not offer me insurance when I got the unit! At this point nobody stuff is safe because multiple break-ins has happened what the office manager told me!

Had my Storage Unit for Years. Filed a Claim for my items. Can't believe I have Rats, Roaches, Spiders in my Storage Unit. Spent $150 Saturday to get it Exterminated.

Listen, its storage unit on Panola road that is un-air conditioned. Its also the cheapest storage option in Atlanta. So no, your items wont be stored at the Ritz Carlton. Thats being said, I had a great experience with Citizens Storage. I was very happy with customer service. They don't always answer the phone but they will usually call you back within the hour. if you just speak to them with respect and humanity, they will take care of you. They are also responsive to emails.There was a bit of a mildew issue so keep that in mind in deciding what to put in the storage unit. Leather and wood arent great with the moisture but nearly 99% of my items were fine after a year in the Georgia storage unit. There was moisture but it was only from the humidity, not from any actual leaks or dripping water. Storage units are easy to drive up to.To the 1 star reviews: good luck finding a better unit for the price. Its not out there, I've looked. yeah, you have to pay your bills on time. I did forget one month and was about a week late. I received a notice that I was locked out. I immediately paid and had instant access to my unit. Perhaps they changed their system because I did not have the same experience as other reviewers. It was easy to pay late, I did not have to pay a fee (even though it was in the contract), and I had access to my belongings. The contract is pretty clear. You have to pay your bill.Stephanie and Sydney are amazing!

This is the worst business inn the metro area: I'm 8 payments in from 1/01/2022 and they has only 6 payments posted or they're lying; never anyone in the office; when u get the none english speaking gentleman on the phone he's clueless. I reported them to Better Business Bureau (BBB) Raised the rate $35.00 After 6months. They had one on my payments just sitting the clerks drawer, after charging me a late fee. Horrible business Run!!!!!!!!! Not even a 1/3 of a star
