Clinton is amazing. Dropping off and picking up equipment, he is respectful, personable, and friendly. He is also reassuring. I wasn't sure about available space, and he deftly maneuvered everything, leaving no scratches and a peaceful aura behind.

I am 65 and disabled and we spent $3500 on a lift bed that had defective safety rails. Could not return because we used it, (for 6 days) which we understood why, but could not use it again after the 1st week. After a year of trying to get a resolution like a repair we finally filed suit this month. Then the rails show up. (Abracadabra). The bed sat in living room like a huge albatross and still sits there because we could not sell it either to recoup loss. Store manager possesses no testicles, because he has never stepped in, instead throws it off to some young kid. Who kept up the lip service. Will see what the judge has to say... Stay Tuned.. You Tube video next. I have almost 20,000 followersIn. response to your reply:That is not true. We never requested a tech to come out. Just wanted the rails. The bed rails were to be ordered. Since they were unrepairable. We have all phone recordings and documentation of calls. We did not want the technician in the house. We just wanted new rails so we could sell the bed. We were told for over a year they were in order and then we were told we could have the floor display rails. Never happened. The technician that shows up had no rails with him. just wanted to come in and talk music with me since he is a musician as am I. I was not interested. The rails we received now but now have to try to sell this bed while it sits in our living room. There was never any concern from any one that we had a an unsafe bed. You never referred us to a manufacturer. We attempted to find them but never could.I would like to also note that this was the fastest response we ever got from anyone there.

I agree with all those who have given a 1 star rating to this business. I walked into this pharmacy a few days ago with two prescriptions, one for a wheelchair and another one for a walker. I had already spoken to my mom's insurance and was told both items were covered. The lady by the desk had a very UNWELCOME attitude, she didn't even make eye contact with me and told me that my mom had obtained a wheelchair two years ago and that the insurance wouldn't pay for another one till 5 years had passed; in addition, she said that because my mom had a wheelchair, the insurance wouldn't pay for a walker because they don't pay for both. She told me she would start the paperwork to file for the walker but that I would have to sign an agreement so if insurance didn't pay, I or my mom would be responsible. All this without even making an effort to call the insurance company to double check. It's been several days and I still haven't heard from her. At this point, I will go get back those prescriptions and go some place else. I don't have time to deal with a business that doesn't treat clients with respect and compassion and on top, lazy.

Horrible, trash outfit. Don't even consider going here. Unprofessional and just self interested in milking you and your insurance. They have zero customer service skills, zero care for the patient, and should be avoided like the plague!

Hi, I wanted to respond to your message. Yes I was on my phone but that was not my first time being on th re phone. Even then I was treated with more respect. I came in went to the left to have counselation with your staff. No one came to see me, I was ignored ? ?. This is my first time ever being treated this way. I'm sorry for the staff shortage I get that. Also I'm not oblivious to what's going on. I was getting moral support from my husbandbecause no one called me the day before to let me know what was going on. Did anyone review that ?? I really appreciate yall but I much rather deal with the owners

I am so happy I made the switch from the big retail pharmacy to Wyatt’s. They make you feel like family with the level of care given. Any new Rx the doctor calls to explain and answer any questions and they call to let you know when meds are ready which is always quick.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I had to leave for a little while. But I’m back thank god. I was at a national chain and it took them 6 hours to fill one prescription. Thank you Wyatt pharmacy!!!!

Poor follow up on pre approvals. Business basically said it doesn't make sense for them to call to follow up on pre approval because the nebulizer is only $40. They suggest I pay for it out of pocket because they don't want to do the work to get it approved properly. So basically they will only want to assist you if it's a major payday for them. Avoid at all costs.The boilerplate response below is nonsense. Wyatt's has been provided everything and dropped the ball by not following up with insurance to verify the fax was received. Upon request to do so, they still couldn't be bothered to actually call to verify. So I had to call the insurance. They can't be bothered to call because it doesn't justify 30 minutes of their time to do so, this was specifically told to me earlier today by Zack.

We tried for several months to get Wyatt's to remedy a problem with a $3500 bed we purchased and the side rails broke within 2 weeks. Even after a partial charge back to our credit card, still no help. They kept telling us the part was ordered and in November made the claim they received the parts. Nothing. We have a bed that cannot be used and is currently a large Nic Nac in the living room. Very disappointed... Next will be a you tube video regarding this problem..... All we want are the rails... Ship them to use or schedule a pickup and we will hand off the broken ones. Great way to treat a 65 year old disabled person
