The banker that I spoke to was unknowledgeable about banking. They take your money with ridiculous fees.

I'm a branch manager for a credit union and I hope none of my members experience the customer service I received today. I eventually left because the banker had some personal business that was obviously her priority. She didn't know about her job and ACH stop payments; she kept trying to have me a file a dispute for a transaction that may or may not occur. I called the 1800 number and someone very knowledgeable answered all of my questions.

Horrible, wait time it atrocious. If you’re going to have people only goto the drive through have more people work in the drive through. There should be no reason I’m one car behind and waiting for 30 minutes just for the the teller to only be working for one car at a time. She needs to be moved to the lobby or trained better.

Went to this location today to open another account and there was only service rep to open accounts. Every time I go to this location it is short staffed.

They management is bad, they say stuff out loud , say people person busy in line , they pick young people, be careful, they way they are well , they not safe at all . Pay attention to they eyes, at this one , they make sure you want have a job .
