DOCUMENT PRINTING SERVICEI uploaded a document and ordered 2 copies that I needed in two days.The confirmation email stated that they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I had someone go to pick them up the following evening so I would have them for a (next morning) court appearance. When they arrived to pickup the order, not only were they not ready, they couldn't find my order in the system at all. What's the use of the confirmation email ? The manager said she didn't Know what to tell me,that I could put my order through again, even after explaining my situation. (Knock-knock). Now, a week later, here comes an email telling me my order didn't process. Really? I wouldn't have known.

I came in to pick up my medicine, because I left the doctor with a positive Covid test, the cashier said it would be about 40 minutes, the store manager , hear me ask why so long, he step in and had my medicine ready in 8 minutes, he went over and beyond. He was getting ready to leave for the day and saw I need to go home and step right in. I was in there on Feb.13 between 4:50- 5:15, l can't remember the time. We need more black men in these manager position to do as this young man did. Thank you so much

This message is directed to the management of Walgreens at high levels, not to the managers of this store, for the second time I am writing regarding the mistreatment by the pharmacy staff of this store because even though I am a disabled person, this staff with their attitudes Rude people give a bad taste to anyone who visits this pharmacy, especially the work group that is here today, February 16, from 3 pm onwards, and I am referring to the women in particular, and today there were three of them. They are bilingual and one is not, but every time I visit this pharmacy, as they know that they were reported by me to the management, they use mockery and mistreatment of me to get even and this will bring legal consequences for the Walgreens pharmacy as well as personal ones and for this reason I half ask that they be transferred or moved from their positions since if they do not know how to treat patients well they cannot be there working because the work is done with love or it is not done at all.

Fernanda Valdez and the rest of the pharmaceutical employees have horrible attitudes and worst costumer service! Walgreens needs to do something about these horrible pharmacist asap!!!

The Pharmacy is supposed to be open on Sundays, at 9am..its NOT OPEN, at all, on Sundays

I'm stuck having to get my prescriptions from this Walgreens since I don't have a car.Eric, the lead pharmacist is the rudest, nastiest man I've ever witnessed in customer service.Myself and several folks in the neighborhood have written letters to corporate about this store #7337 well the pharmacist not the site. I'm on blood thinners due to severe clothing issue's and without fail he will make it 2-4 days late every month. This is just one of many many things he gets away with and corporate don't care of their lack of action says so as this has been going on since at least 2011/2012. I've witnessed many great employees that worked there for years just quit or transfer because of him.Why can't something be done?!?!?

The worst Pharmacy I have seen.Not only do they never have any stock, but majority of the people working at the Pharmacy are Liars, Disrespectful, Aggressive, and Criminal.I've quite literally waited 2 weeks for my prescriptions to be filled, and they still can't fill them?I'm given dirty looks, told they can't do nothing, and "maybe go next door to the Kroger"I gladly will, and I hope Corporate knows you're all Embezzling or losing them Thousands.This is absolutely Ludacris.

I consistently overlook the poor service as a trade off for convenience. At this point while sick with the Flu... I'm drawing the line! 1st call 9am pharmacist never came to the phone 40 mins later I hung up. OK...then my Dr called in Tamaflu around 5pm (they close at 7 during Flu Season!) A male answered who I assumed was the pharmacists stating they would have to order it... Sir, there is a small window of time before it's too late for it to work. Can you please help me find it! He said I could try EW Connector...Several attempts...No Answer. I thought of Lee Road...just like that...Totally different experience...from start to finish courtesy, script filled & I was able to get my meds and back home to bed. Shame on you Walgreens on Thornton Rd for treating people as an inconvenience & shame on me for accepting it. We Are All Busy...but that's no excuse!

So I’ve read the reviews and am so glad I had the best experience with the Pharmacist Ben! So I’ve been to several pharmacies from Mableton to Douglasville to Austell and nobody seemed to have what I was looking for. My Momma had been in pain for weeks and need a good drawing salve. This morning I stopped by after hearing another “I don’t know look over there” at the Kroger Pharmacy on Thorton rd. I’m not going to lie the first chick seemed clueless as to what I was looking for and the other chick said “I don’t know”So I didn’t think I would get the helped I’ve been desperately trying to find. However, Ben saved the whole day!!!!!! Ben actually came from behind the counter and helped me find the salve. I highly recommend this pharmacy specifically for the pharmacist Ben. Sir, you helped a 73 year old amazing loving woman get some comfort for the first time in almost a month. I pray you stay Blessed?? Pharmacies can learn a lot from Ben?

I am in need of my asthma medication and I’m calling the pharmacy to check on the availability. The store representative that is currently working today has picked up the phone and placed me on hold three separate times without helping me. I cannot wait until this store is either placed under new supervision or shut down completely and replaced with a new neighborhood pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

The store Frontliners are awesome. But the staff at the pharmacy are terrible. Please train your employees to not lie and do what they promise to do to customers. The audacity for the lady in blue scrubs to get mad at me because the pharmacist promised me she will "expedite" my prescription. Find another job if you don't like what you do. Thanks.

I am 77 years old with a bad back, can only stand about 20 minures before sitting down and my truck would not start, so I asked the 3 ladies at the register if there was a phone I could use to call AAA. They said no they could not call out and then turned their backs on me and walked away. I went and picked up my medicine and a lady was there picking up hers, and I asked if I could use her phone...she was nice enough to let me. Im not being petty but this was an emergency and I didn't appreciate their attitude...maybe it was because I was white...don't know...but will stop buying from youll...hope this helps you to change your emergency rules.

All the customers and staff are rude their are better stores and pharmacies in town avoid this one
