If you have an exceptional woman as Felicia Richardson as a manager or in charge of your business, then both customers and employees as well as the company are blessed! Some people are so gifted with interpersonal skills. Some are just born with customer service DNA metrics. Some are so acclimatized with varying cultures and sects. Felicia has all of the above.She’s the best and second to none. She makes the loan process so quick, so informed, so lively, that you will have no hesitation in signing your signature with a big smile and feeling proud that you are doing business with the right people. This woman is professional, she must be working with a top corporate Bank or something, in fact she gets it all together at Title Tree. If I will go back because of her, then you would surely go back even more because of her. She deserves 10 stars but the maximum is only 5?Thank you Felicia, for your personality is a plus and the world is beautiful because you are in it.
