Giovanny provided exceptional customer service by going above and beyond with his assistance. He is the epitome of what customer service should be and deserves to be recognized for his awesomeness. I have never experienced such kindness at a UPS store. Thank so so much. You rock!!!!!

The woMAN who helped me at the counter that had locs in his or her hair was EXTREMELY rude!!! I’ve never encountered such poor customer service!!! She/he spoke to me as if I were a child!!! I present d my Amazon QR code and advised it was a return to Amazon and he/she said “who’s it go to?” I stated again Amazon the response was so unprofessional and rude! I then proceeded with my AT&T return and she/he said “This receipt you better not lose it so you better keep up with it cuz we ain’t going to print another one!” I asked this PERSON to please refrain from having an attitude towards me and she/he rolled their eyes behind their glasses. The other coworker knew this person was being aggressive and extremely rude that she just turned her back towards me. While this young lady or man (no disrespect intended) was assisting me he/she kept one hand in their pocket while assisting me aggressively. I pray this review reaches corporate as I will post this review everywhere on every social media platform!!! I do not recommend ANYONE to patronize this location at all due to the poor customer service experience I had.

I've been getting the run around for 2 months from this UPS store about a pair of shoes that was shipped from their Location and disappeared into thin air. I've called so many times to have a claim filed to get reimbursed and everyone acts clueless and uninterested when handling this matter. I also wasn't offered the Declared value for my shoes before shipping which Every cust should be aware of to make sure their items have proper coverage. The owner Jason is also a condescending ssa, who doesn't follow through with claim policies. I'll never use this location or UPS again for any shipping needs!

Ups is the WORST package service in life!!! They don't honor the time frame, they don't send tracking info as stated and they steal packages. I literally just picked up an empty box

We are opening a new business in Austell, and have been coming to the store almost daily. The team here is great! Because I come here so much, I email them what I need, and often times it is ready to go when I get there. Gio is the sales representative that I'm most impressed with. He is professional, polite, and offers additional services and suggestions based on what we've discussed, not just throwing out random offers. Jason (owner) has been great as well.

Came in to ship something for my company, something I've done before but my first time at this location. I waited 10 minutes while other customers were being helped. When it was my turn I said I needed to ship something they asked for my phone number which I told them I had an account number. Then the lady said in a bad tone that they don't work with accounts. It's a UPS shipping account at a UPS shipping store. Why in earth don't you work with accounts!?! Wasted my time while having a bad attitude. Not coming back here. Sticking with fedex.

Just left your store after getting lost and I had the best customer service experience ever. Khyah and Britt really made my day. I'm retired with over 30 years of experience in the field of servicing clients, and I wanted you to know that they deserve to be recognized for their strong work ethics. I was on a tight deadline and Khyah answered my call even though they were almost closed. Khyah and Britt waited for me even though I was second's away from closing. Cheerful smiles with no complaints here. This will definitely be my favorite store. Thank you guys for the best day ever! I highly recommend this location.

Went into the store to complete an Amazon return. Worst decision I could I have ever made. I would usually go to kohl’s, very simple, quick and easy. Decided to stop here before work since it was on the way. Customer service representative had no idea what he was doing on the kiosk constantly calling a different person to tell him which key to press. By the third person after almost 10 minutes I finallly get my tracking label. As I get ready to leave with my tracking label already in hand, the lady then reminds me I owe them 2.09 for sending them an email. Really wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I would have just gone to kohl’s

I have only used for Amazon returns, but even through the tech and process changes, they have been so helpful. Always a kind greeting as I enter the door, always a thank you as I leave.

Condescending. Bad attitude. Notary is never there. They have unwritten policy about making a notary appointment but it’s not posted anywhere. Act like they are doing you a favor when you walk in and they have to stop leaning on the counter. Status quo for a UPS Store. If I didn’t absolutely have to come here on occasion, I wouldn’t. A DMV visit is more pleasant
