Fanta was awesome! The service was quick and the price was great. Quick sign in online and was taken within 10 mins. I will be back to this location for a touch up cut.

Booked online to reserve time for hair color for mom and self and haircut shampoo for sister as we prepared to bury our dad and mom’s husband. Once there asked if they could add hair cut for mom and I. I never received a haircut but was charged for it. Apparently only 1 person can refund, and she’s already left. They called her and she tried to walk them through options, but didn’t work. Tried to say only charged $5 more not the $21+ on the receipt and tried to blame on the online reservation system. She said to come back Saturday at 9am and she’d process the refund. We shared we’d be limited on time as we’re preparing to bury my dad. Show up at 9am and she’s not there say wait 20-30 mins that don’t have time to wait. Give us district manager who tries to claim we were not charged for hair cut not received and acknowledge we were when sis told we had receipt. Says nothing he can do we just have to wait.

I cant remember the Stylist's name but in the middle of my cut this officer had the nerve to serve him with a Bench Warrant, while he was the only one there working in the Salon! Luckily the officer allowed him 10min to finish up my hair. Even tho he was rushed, he did a great job and remained professional. After he cashed me out, he had to close up the shop early and was arrested on the spot! I hope everything worked out for the Stylist and I hope the salon worked with him in this situation because he does good work. As evident of the lady's hair before me and my cut! This was the officer that rushed my sitting. ?
