I don’t understand why Racetrac in Atlanta and metro areas don’t ever have paper receipts at the pump. It’s annoying to have to walk into the gas station if I’m paying at the pump. Now I gotta wait for Jesse to buy his lotto tickets.

I wish I could give 0/5 stars. This place is just straight trash. Always closes early, non of the employees are on the same page just trash. One specific lady she’s a Karen with blonde hair, older lady HAS TO GO! She harasses me every time I go in there and is very unprofessional. She has accused me of stealing in front of the whole store and every customer. I get a free drink daily bc I am a Sutton Tier therefore I get a free medium drink a day or free small coffee and this lady clearly does not understand that. She embarrassed and slandered me. That should NEVER be allowed in a work place out loud it should be held privately. I’m DISGUSTED by her actions. She had no reason to say what she said out loud while customers were listening and waiting. I agree with someone else on these reviews. Fire and rehire cause this is one of the worst locations.

Closed at 9:30 on a Friday. Supposed to be 24 hours unless they only have one person in the store. Won't even come to the call box to get me what I need from the inside. They don't even care to assist customers. 3 people in the store and yet they don't want to work, come on now. Wish I could give 0/5.

Always closing early. By 10 at least 4 nights out the week the doors are locked. I got there tonight at like 9:50 and not really to my surprise the doors were locked, but I'm looking at people walk around the store laughing and hanging out. There's a manager in the store who said she's not getting on the registers, because someone didn't show up. That's your job! This is frustrating, I live literally 2 minutes walking distance to the store, but now I have to take a 15 minute walk to QuikTrip. Fire and rehire. Y'all definitely need better night managers. This makes no sense.

This location is always closing early. Just went there at 9:45p.m. and doors were locked, but at least 2 people in the store chilling, not cleaning, but behind the counter talking and chilling. One of the people in the store is a manager. She said she doesn't have anyone to work the registers, because someone didn't show up. Every night? Besides that, she's in the store with someone else, why can't you hop on the registers with her. Who cares if someone didn't show up. You're a manager. You have to pick up the slack, that's what you agreed to do when you took the job, not shut the store down for hours. The sad part is all of the managers there do it. I've talked to one of them (David) who just outright said if someone doesn't show up they don't pay him enough to do extra work, but you're still on the clock getting paid to do absolutely nothing. CRAZY. SMH.

They have bathrooms closed at 4:30am when people start coming in and they said they cleaned them overnight but won't open them I guess because they don't want more work and just write on the sheet that it got done at the end of their shift.

The last 2 times I've been to this store the money counter on the fuel pumps continue running while I'm not pumping fuel, this store is literally stealing from its customers.
