Today was the third time that I tried to purchase some fried chicken from the deli section and they didn’t have it available. The worker put out sone food right in front of me but told that he couldn’t use that to make a box. He stated that he only had one fryer. Publix at Lee Road is going down in service. I’m done with trying to get cooked food from this location. Pitiful, just pitiful.

Deli-the blades to cut the meat are always dirty and unclean, when u ask some of them to clean it b4 cutting your meat, they act as if they are uncertain what u are asking...they never seem to be clean and flies are flying around

I have been using my local pharmacy at Paradise Crossing for years. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I can walk up to a counter, automatically be pulled up in the system without giving my name and handed my medication. If this isn’t first class customer service I don’t know what is.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few months now. I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience. They are always very busy, but always work hard to make sure people are in and out in a timely fashion. Every single staff member I have had the pleasure to deal with are always very friendly. After meeting the manager Betsy Jones I can see why this pharmacy functions at such a high level. Ms. Jones has a kind,yet no nonsense vibe that is a breath of fresh air.

I ordered a smash cake and 2 dozen cupcakes from Publix for my son's 6th birthday. I put the order in 6 days before the celebration. The young lady that I spoke with was attentive and detailed with notes. I asked for red, black and blue frosted cupcakes and a creative Spiderman themed smash cake. Publix Bakery understood the assignment AND gave me the price that I needed for a mama on a budget. They did such a wonderful job on the smash cake and the cupcakes and my son loved it. I highly recommend this location for your party needs. Please note that you may have to reserve 48 hours in advance for bakery orders. I always experience great service at this location too!

I inquired about the Ken's dressing, "Chef's Reserve Italian with Garlic & Asiago Cheese" several times in the store. Each person was willing to help look for it, but we no longer were able to find it. I decided to email the store. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from Stephanie, manager the very next day. She was very nice and seemed willing to go the extra mile to see about getting it into the store. If not, I will order directly from the company. Minus shipping, it is more economical that way, minus the wait time. Even if they don't get the dressing, I really appreciate the fact that my concern was noticed.

Been standing in line at the deli for 15 mins as one customer with one sub has been helped. Mind one young guy us walking around behind the counter complaining he needs to go on break because he ain't doing anything, another is slicing meats, and another is making fried chicken. This is ridiculous.

A clean & organized store with friendly & helpful employees. This has become my go-to grocery store when I'm in the area. If Publix would decrease their prices a tad bit, I would shop here more often. Back to the friendly employees regardless of their dedicated department, everyone I crossed paths with was kind. Plus an extra hand clap for the way the team leads or management implements Face Masks & oversees the carts being disinfected. The inventory for the V-Crew, Paleo, International & more is huge.

This store is small so it didn't offer a self checkout option. This means that every time you go, they will offer to take your bags to your car. The problem is 1. there's a pandemic going on and 2. they are ridiculously aggressive about it. I didn't get my receipt because I was distracted because the bagger forcibly pulled my cart to escort me out. They do this even if you have only two bags. I interviewed with publix many years ago so I know their gimmick is making the customer happy. Sadly a lot of their staff is unprofessional so they don't know what good service is. It is not interrogating customers about the items they are buying. It is not standing close instead of social distancing. It is not asking an adult the same question multiple times and refusing the answer, forcibly taking the cart. Fortunately a couple items publix carries, I can get at Food Depot.
