I called the shop on a Saturday. The stylist said they were booked but she would do my daughters hair on Monday at 11:00. The stylist asked me to send her a text confirming the appt. I did. We arrived Monday at 11:00. The shop was closed. I called the stylist on her cell number she gave me and it just rung. I called back 10 minutes later and her phone was turned off.That was very unprofessional. I would have been ok if she would have called me if she needed to reschedule. That’s not a way to do business. My first and my last experience with On Point Salon.

This was my second time going ...l thought l had found a new salon for my kids. First time I went was waiting for 2.5 hrs but Anita did good work. So this time around I made sure that I specified a time (1:30pm) and confirmed that this was ok....as I had a Dr appointment at 3:30pm. I confirmed that she will be done on time ...l got to the salon at 1:35 she had a customer in her chair...long story .. she shampooed my hair at 2:15 put me in the dryer and took me out at 3pm... I couldn't wait ...meanwhile she had still had a customer in her chair..at no point did she explain why she was running late or atleast be sorry for keeping me waiting. I ended up leaving with my hair looking a hot mess as it was not retwisted .. l confronted her and asked......I had an appt at 3:30 and you assured me that l would be done by 3 .. she said that her previous customer changed styles on her ... I left never to return. Guess I am hunting for a salon that appreciates my time and values me as a customer. We need to do better!!

Best service! Pinky was my stylist I think her real name is Arielle she slayed my full sew in closure the first time I visit there and the 2nd time I got a silk Press and trim .. her customer service is awesome and she knows what she is doing so if you’re looking for a stylist stop there and ask for pinky she’s bomb

I'm truly pleased with the quality of this hair. I have tried other sellers, but none has lasted as long as the hair I purchased here through multiple installs, shampooing, etc, the hair does not shed excessively and looks just as good as the first install. Also, Christina is an awesome stylist!!!

Horrible experience today was my first time going. Let some girl name Raquel cut my weave and messed it up real bad. I was crying my eyes out. I ended going to simply cuts to get it fixed and they did wonderful. Make sure you ask to see pictures before you let people do your hair. She did a horrible job and o have never experienced anything like that. You have been warned you think I will go back ever I don't think so. She jipped me out of 40$. Horrible horrible horrible

I would definitely go back again. I loved how my hair turned out and the stylists were so nice. The environment was also fun and relaxing. I had a great experience.
