“Bought a chainsaw bar from this location. When I got home, put it on the saw and it was bent. Went back to the parts department and was DENEID both a refund and/or exchange of the defective part. The exact words of the fellow behind the counter was "you should have checked to make sure this new part wasn't bent before you left the store."
Update: The very polite and professional parts and service manager, Stan, reached out to me over the issue, and has agreed that it is necessary for a replacement bar to be mailed to me at my home town 2 hours away.
Although I had a foul experience with one employee here, management saw to it that I was treated fairly in the end, do I redact my initial rating. Would be five starts if it hadn't been for the confusion and negligence of the staff member who troubled me.”

“I went to my local Home Depot in Douglasville and proceeded to customer service. I was greeted by a lady name Gina. I told her what my problem was with something that I bought and she went out of her way to assist me. Ultimately, she had to turn me over to a Lady named Mrs. B. Mrs B provided me with outstanding customer support and took care of my problem.

“There was a manager helping a trainee when I was there, she helped me open an account with home Depot and was super helpful, this was 2-3 weeks ago.

“I had a wonderful experience with Kim D today at the Home Depot in Austell. She is a fellow veteran as I am a veteran of the US Army we both served in KUWAIT during Desert Storm. She went out of her way to assist me with my kitchen faucet leak. It was difficult to find the part I needed but Kim D did not stop until I left the store with the correct part. Her customer service and attention to detail skills are second to none. She sets the bar high for public service and commitment to her job. Her pleasant demeanor and smile are priceless. I will definitely use the Home Depot in Austell again and I urge everyone to use the Home Depot in Austell. THANKS KIM D!”
“Not bad experience. I guess they do truck rental on first come first serve basis. Beware the availability online may not be the same at the store. Drove to this location because I was told a truck was available to rent. When I arrived it took the workers 15 minutes to finally agree that they had a van available and find the correct keys. Once everything was all straight all other service was good.”
