This lady with tattoos on her arms and long hair was so rude. She was talking to the co workers like I was not there and complained about being in the store. I came in the store asking for help on my phone because of a technical difficulty and she claimed to have fixed my phone. I went home and had to come back and was given attitude because she didn't fix it the first time. The manger came to help and thankful fixed the issue.

Employees need more training! They don't even have the so called code to give someone a refund after they sold us the wrong case! Then charged us to apply that money to the account when they're the ones who sold the wrong case in the first place! NEVER AGAIN!

I came in at 4:40 pm to pay a bill and she told me they were closed but it said 5pm on door and online I’m very upset about this and she was talking to someone when I walked in so I don’t understand why I couldn’t pay a bill
