Sold me a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that the cruise control was not properly functioning on. Other issues as well with my Palisade that have not been resolved. One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. This is my first experience with Hyundai and owning one and it's making me really regret it.The issue has been ongoing since February 22nd 2024 and they have yet to hold up to their end. They keep telling me they don't have loaners to offer so they can't get my vehicle in to fix. The cruise control has had previous attempts to be fixed before I bought the vehicle.Update(05/13/24): They have contacted me since leaving this review. They are getting me in a loaner to try to fix my car.

This place is a 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the time my family and I walked in and left, we received EXCELLENT customer service. TOP TIER! Our sales rep, Armani was truly the best. If you go there, ask for him!They all treated us like family. They offered us water, coffee, donuts and even fed our kids pizza. They didn’t waste our time, they didn’t give us false hope, they did exactly what they said they would do. They got us in a brand new car and gave us the best deal they possibly could. When you get your car, they make an announcement and people cheer for you. This was a really good buying experience. Also I want to add that we didn’t have to spend hours and hours there.Hyundai has my heart forever!Again if you go there, ask for Armani! He will fight for you. They all will!

If I could give them a 0 I would! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!! These are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. This started in 2021( whole other situation) but 10 days ago when I took my car to them for two recalls. They disabled my car and can’t get it back up and now they won’t call or even update me on what’s next. I’ve called every day since they messed up my car and they won’t answer my emails or phone calls. I don’t have a vehicle to even go there. I’m actually on the phone on hold for the past 30 minutes because they are avoiding me. Please people do your homework. Avoid Jenkins Hyundai

After purchasing a vehicle here and having a great experience, we took our 2014 Sonata Hybrid to them when we had an issue with the hybrid battery. This was at the beginning of December 2023. Our car is still sitting on the lot waiting on a battery, which is not the fault of the dealership. The fault of the dealership is not communicating with us at all, even though the GSM Mr. Leslie assured me he would keep me updated regularly. They have not offered us a loaner car or any kind of recompense. They do not seem to care about their customers at all.

Scam ads to get you in their dealership. I wasted a whole day here and ended up finding a nice car 2 days later on Carvana.

I took my car in to have my Timing Belt replaced, my experience was great, from the young man that took my car, to Ms. Raegon Bolden who walked me through the entire repair and billing process. Mr. Christian who took me home in the Courtesy Vehicle was very plesent. I was able to pick up my vehicle by the end of the same day. This is fantastic service, because of staff like Raegon and Christian, I will recomend this shop to my friends and family. On 4-27 2024 I took my vehicle in because of a grinding sound, after they evaluate what the problem was, it turned out to be a loose bolt on my alternator, Ms. Raegan Bolden and Jameel explain in detail what had to be done and in just a few minites my car was completed. Thank you.

My service visit went extremely well the manager Tony and his assistantMrs. R Williams along with his staff has the best customer service I ever experienced and I'm 62 years old I give the whole staff 5 stars ? they are awesomely good ?

Don’t EVER do business with them. I was given a complete run around for almost 3 months. I went through 4 cars within 3 months , and each time I had to put more money down after they claimed everything was done.They provided me you with a rental car stating that “they are sticking their neck out for you” but it’s only to keep you on their leash and not go to anyone else. They are liars. I don’t know how many times I signed finalized paperwork only to be told to come back in to put more money down.Don’t believe the lies about your credit being a challenge or the banks want this and that. I went to this dealership with a great credit score. After they ran my credit a million times after they lied and said they had an approval with a bank, my credit score is poor.

This review is for the service department. I visited this location a little over a year ago and swore that I would never patron this business again. I decided to give the business another chance and it was like night and day. The dealership has been beautifully renovated and the customer service was out of this world! I never enjoy having my car serviced, it’s not particularly fun lol. But, as long as this level of service continues, I will choose Jenkins Hyundai for all my future service needs.

I’ve been coming here since I had my 2015 Hyundai Sonata and now I have a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Every time I’ve had a great experience. Daniel has been my service advisor currently and I must say I’m not disappointed. His customer service is an A+ in my book. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and he listens. Highly recommend.
