shame on me for returning to this dealership. I had to bring my car in several months ago for an issue that took over 4 weeks to resolve. I got a loaner car and due to lots of miscommunication within the dealership, the service manager promised to send me a check for my troubles (going back and forth to the dealer 3 times to get a new tag that one person said they had but wasn't there when I arrived). no check ever showed up. today brought in for routine maintenance and staff was rude and clearly zero value on my time. from top to bottom if the team, customers are not their priority here.

It you want good service, you will have to go in because their phone operators are rude and unprofessional but when you show up you get a different response which is weird.

The Service department rock's! It's been years since my last visit, and the new staff did not disappoint, with the highest standards that I've ever experienced at any Hyundai dealership. If you want excellent customer care to match your vehicle services, this is the place to visit. Jameel and Alex are the best when it comes to questions and responses, they handle it all. While you wait say hello to Tony the service manager. Great team guy's. I'll definitely be a return customer. I recommend!

I had a terrible experience. I needed to trade in my car and spoke to a man called Ricky all day negotiating the price. He came up with a good offer only for me to find out it wasn't true. I wasted my precious time in multiple texts, phone calls and going all the way there just to find out it was all bs. I hate when people aren't honest with you.

I'd highly recommend this dealership. My search for a used Hyundai started with a call to Ricky. Ricky got my information and stated his search for our car. Calls, texts and great service from him!! He had our car shipped from Jacksonville promptly. Keli handled the sale like a pro. If she couldn't answer a question, she'd get it for us. Carrie handled the paperwork like a seasoned financial advisor. Matt took us through the delivery and follow-up. Great team! Though Jenkins is an hour away from our home, I'd return her again and recommend this dealership to my friends. Excellent job!!

What a traumatic and horrible experience as a woman ,I wish i would have read these reviews, I do not recommend. AS A WOMAN DO NOT GO BY YOURSELF AND NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU TO JUST COME IN OVER THE PHONE YOU WILL REGRET IT. I had a coworker refer me to come here because he actually worked with them and here and suggested the Kona, he showed me a few withing my price range and he gave me the card of a rep and said to ask for Dave the GM he will definetly take care of you. I contacted the dealership and spoke to a lady who got me in contact with Ricky. Spoke to him and he said go ahead and do the credit app. Did the credit app and he spoke with his manaher and said it would work best if I had a cosigner. Found a cosigner and advised to do the app. They immediately started blowing upy cosigner asking him to come in, Ricky called back and said he spoke to his manager Dave and confirmed between the both of your incomes and credit look at these Kona, when can you come in. I told him the next day, he said he wouldnt be in but he has told his manager. I live very very far away and have no transportation and told him if I did, I didnt want to waste a ride. He said dont worry. I got there 10 minutes early and spoke to a rep that said Ricky isnt a sales rep but a person whos only job IS TO LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. It went downhill from there as the sales rep who wasnt friendly or helpful was extremely nonchalant LIEING TO ME TO MY FACE INCLUDING THE GM DAVE. First they said can you put more money down than i stated, I said yes, then the Finance guy he was speaking with yelled out cars based on both of us which included the car i chose 24 Kona, then it changed to them railing me about my job, then saying I had to pay a higher monthly payment, then about my cosigners credit, then about my cosigner being out of state which wasnt a problem and i checked before i got there, then he said income doesn matter, coworker called and spoke to Dave and suggested a different car, then Dave spoke to me and asked if I had a instate cosigner they can definetly push it through then with more money down, I paid $80 to get all the way out there and had to pay that to get back and was 3 hours in and they kept changing the story everytime. the gm dave said to try a instate cosigner which i did and they kept moving the goal post. For the Gm Dave to lie in my face and the other sales reps to change the goal post continously sealed this from me being referred with someone who worked with them and 6 different peole continously changimg the narrative, if the top is doing this it goes all the way down .

This is the worst place to get any services done! Don’t buy any extra warranty cause they dont fix anything cause they can’t get to it or they just don’t EVER call you back to get it in. Worst customer service and even worse temp fixes. I have pali that is new and they won’t even fix recall issues “due to not having parts”. Stay away for this dearership and its service department. Not a trustworthy or ethical place to do business with

This place is absolute trash! I scheduled an appointment online to have my car repaired. I had it towed to the location, It’s been a week and no one has called me to let me know the status of my vehicle. Every time I call I am being transferred around and eventually hung up on. I am potentially spending thousands of dollars for horrible customer service. Do better!!

Some of the nicest employees that attempt to make your time at the dealership quick and fun. We regularly come in for a vehicle oil changes and inspections. The prices for the services may be a bit high, but the people there make it worth it. Mandela is an awesome manager!

towed into your service department on Tuesday night. We sent it over there because we have used your service department for all of the services with the exception of a few oil changes when my daughter was living in another part of Metro Atlanta. We also bought this car as well as our 2017 Sante Fe. My older daughter has a Kona that you all serviced and my mother had an Accent that you all serviced as well. All this should show that we have been a Hyundai family as well as a family who WAS a fan of your dealership.Wednesday morning I received a call from a young lady who has asked me questions as to what happened with the car. I told her that I was driving it on I 20 and the car was losing power like I had knocked it into neutral. I told her that I thought it was a fuel filter or a CO sensor or something of that nature based on conversations with my husband and brother. Approximately 30 minutes later I received a call from Blue who told me that because we had done an oil change elsewhere, that your service department would not look at the car. I was shocked to say the least. I didn't understand the decisions as no one had popped the hood. He told me that it was Tony's decision. I asked to speak to Tony, he got on the phone and was immediately condescending and rude. He assured me that it was an oil issue and that you all will not be looking at the car because you were just too busy. This is the same person who told us to sell our Sante Fe because we would never get a new engine.We paid $150.00 to tow the car literally across the street and the issues with a catalytic converter were diagnosed immediately and repaired the next day for $2200.00.It seems that Tony is overwhelmed with his job and doesn't seem to know much about cars either. How much business has he refused ? I feel bad for your customers who may have also had this same experience. I reached out to GM and Operations Manager and heard nothing. Beware of using this service department. At minimum, call before you take your car. The phone diagnosis should not be the reason for not servicing a car that was purchased here.
