I had an excellent experience here and can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. They worked on my truck after I was victim to a hit and run (my truck was parked), and I was amazed at how quickly they assessed the damage and provided a clear, honest estimate.
The repair work was flawless—my truck looks as good as new, and they even cleaned it up as a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the process, making it stress-free. Their customer service was top-notch, and I appreciated the transparent communication.
I’ve been to a few auto body shops in the past, but this place really stands out. If you're looking for quality, reliable service, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be coming back for any future needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

This body shop took such great care of me! They took care of everything. They even gave me a ride to the car rental place when enterprise messed up my reservation. Fantastic quality of work. This is the only body shop I will ever go to again!

I had my dodge challenger done there in March 2016 and my experience, was customer service was with care, and good job. Came back 2022 & 2023 and they wanted me to make an appointment to get an estimate may take 21 days to get an estimate. Then they said it may take another 3-4 weeks to even get it in then parts may take longer to get it done. I took it to Barber Performance & Body in Cedartown GA and Spence
he gave me an estimate and fixed it with the same month. Great service, amazing customer service, and excellent job.

Really nice people and nice shop. Brought my car in for a minor repair. They did a good job,buta small oversight was made and I had to bring it back.(Nothing major and with the lifetime warranty on their work) they didn't hassle me. They took my car back and made it right. Only reason for the 4 stars was I had to bring it back,other than that great people nice place good work.

I went there to get an estimate for my car. I immediately felt so comfortable there. They were so friendly and welcoming. I already knew I was going to have them fix my car. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend anyone to go to them!

Not worth the visit. Mechanical repairs didn’t last more than one month and when I returned for repairs they sent me to another shop they subcontracted the mechanical work to. When the subcontractor couldn’t figure it out, I went back to the body shop and they gave up then and started arguing. Since my wife was pregnant at the time, I had to get her a new car that worked.

Simply some of the nicest, kindest, customer focused folks you'll ever deal with. My truck looks brand new and the repairs are flawless. I'm hopeful I'll never need any more body work or repairs on my truck due to an accident, but if i do, I'll never go anywhere else.
