I had made a reservation online a week on advance to my rental date. I go to location they said I am not on the manifest sheet for a rental, showed the my confirmation said we don't have it in the system, the confirmation number not valid. I got told to call priceline called priceline the representative said yes my confirmation was good. Walked back inside the office with priceline on the phone. They said nothing we can do unless I do a walk in with a higher rate. I walked out, never Again. I went elsewhere got my car and got to where I needed to be. HERTZ NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Firstly, I don’t know why you are able to make a reservation and they don’t have cars available.Secondly, the representatives are soooooooo unprofessional, I’m having a conversation with him and while I’m talking to him he’s talking to his coworker about something completely unrelated to work and they were cussing as well.They charged me a young driver fee even though I called not once but THRICE, spoke to 2 associates and the manager and asked if there was a young driver fee and they all said no.It was literally the worst customer experience ever!

Rented a mini van from here for a trip to Florida. Pick-up and Return was smooth. Staff was pleasant.I'll rent from this location again.

attempted to rent an EV for a trip, was given a massive SUV instead..which smelled of smoke covered by deodorizer, wasn't vacuumed, had dog hair and trash inside, was overdue an oil change

I come here quite often and the service is always professional & friendly! Every now and again cars aren’t returned on time and there’s a bit of a wait but that’s no fault to the incredible staff, they’re great about letting me know what’s going on and trying to get everyone taken care of as quick as possible. Brandon, K, and Nick specifically help me out a lot and I always appreciate them! They definitely deserve 5 stars. A lot of folks are just mean & impatient lol

Customer service is trashThey have no cars. Didn’t call to let me know they have no cars. Just full of lies. Believe the reviews. The building has no heat. Why do customers have to be cold. At 11 amAll they eat is Mc Donald’s while you have no car. They are just concerned about eating . Meanwhile I went to enterprise and had a car in 10min. Customer service is great. There was heat and they had cars. They even offered water and coffee. I will never come back to hertz.

Really terrible service. Booked on a Thursday, they called me Friday saying they had no cars. They told me I would not be charged a no show fee. I was still charged and they are making me jump through hoops to get a refund. Just avoid this place.

I needed to rent a car and I had a bad experience with the previous rental and I could not remember the company. So I went ahead and rented from Hertz on Lithia Springs Georgia location. Upon arriving. I remembered this was the company I had a problem with and location last time. When I showed up for my reservation this time they did the same exact thing that they did to me previously and they told me that my car was not available. I am extremely confused as to how you can Make a reservation and when you show up they tell you that they do not have a car for you. Their response to me was that there are plenty of cars available at the airport and that I should’ve received a phone call to tell me that my car was no longer available. My response to them was I had never received a phone call and I continued to ask their employees, has anybody at these three desks talked to me today and they all responded no. So it’s safe to say that you guys didn’t call me. Secondly The airport is 22 miles away In the opposite direction I was heading how am I supposed to get there? ( Uber which would be another expense). I asked them if you knew you didn’t have a car available for me and you know there are plenty of cars available at the airport couldn’t you have one brought here for me. So I found a way to their competitor 100 times better of a company (Enterprise) Which gave me a deal to help me out. Funny. part about it is they tell me they could have a thriving business off of all the people that they do this to. So moving forward two days later into my vacation Hertz runs my credit card and dings me for not showing up for the rental haaaaaaaaa. I’m calling them to get my money back. I am told I need to submit a form and wait 4-5 days for somebody to contact me back, which I did in case I couldn’t talk to somebody immediately. So when I finally did speak to Someone they told me they couldn’t do anything because the charge is still pending and there may be more charges so I have to wait till the rental expires ( What rental you gave my car away? I went to your competitor). Finally spoke with somebody after charges are no longer pending about getting refunded my money now they tell me 5 to 7 days. I need to wait for me to get my money back.( Will be three weeks later after this circus for me to get my money back that should of never been charged in first place). Not to mention, never received a phone call that they were supposed to call me back on in 4-5 days big surprise. Long story short everybody save yourself the headache and avoid these guys at all cost. It’s not my first time this has happened and it has happened to many others not to mention it is in their name it’s gonna HERTZ. ?? I would leave a zero if you would allow me. If you don’t believe me, read the other reviews, shocking there a 2 1/2 star

I noticed everytime I try to post a review about this location it seems they block it ! The last 2 times I had a reservation for this location I went to pick it up just to te told there were no cars available. When you plan a trip and get text messages for your rental you expect to have a car not to be told the only rentals available are large SUVS. There seems to be no type of management what so ever at this location. I have contacted corporate which is a joke too ! Another incident I rented a car from this location and it stunk of Marijuana and was told they had no other car to swap ot . I had plans so my sister and I got stuck with this stinky car for a 200 mile plus ride with a bottle of Odor Ban !! This location should be avoided at all cost !! Do yourself a favor and pick up your next rental at the airport location where they know how to treat you !!

They are very dismissive, have over 10cars in maintenance or needs “oil change” that are available to for rent on the website; it’s like they rather not fix the cars than to have actual cars available for rent. They told me to show up at 10:30 am to see if something gets returned. I could take it.super rude overall and refuse to help at all and said that the website it’s “on hertz” for having it incorrect as if they don’t work for hertz or in their building or responsible to report to them ?I believe Kris the one with the braids just sits around and answers the phone (1 phone call)while the younger guy with the glasses I believe name is Nick continuously helps people has helped 3 people since I been sitting here for just 15 minutes.

I booked my reservation online and call to confirm they have a car available they said yes and i pay Uber to go to the location to pick up my car they said they don't have any car available in the parking lot. Both of the front desk workers were super rude very unprofessional they were cursing and everything. And after a while they told me they have 2 cars in the parking just wait so they can have one of them ready for me and I waited 42 minutes later they told me someone else already book them they don't have nothing available. Waste of time and very unprofessional HERTZ need to do better with who they hiring and stuff because i had the worst experience there very frustrated

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!! I booked one week in advance. Not only did they not have my car when I arrived. They wanted to charge me for an upgrade to the only vehicle they have in stock!! I don’t know why I tried them again after they did something similar before. I’m done with them!! RUN AWAY!!

I was not happy about how long the process was to return the car. I didn't notice the chip in the windsheild. Luckily, the previous location owned up to it being there all along. It was so long to get them to respond.
