It’s the awful customer service for me!!!! Especially Ms. Light Bright with the pop smoke braids with the glasses. She definitely do not need to be at the front. She all smiles and giggles in male customer faces but not the same with females. Supervisor needs to train her on customer service. I hate going in that store. The workers act like the customers are bothering them by being there and shopping. I’ll go to yen buck 2 before I go back in there.

Several prices rung up incorrectly. One of them I had to exchange and another the cashier fixed... Really unorganized and scattered store. Plus they forced me to download app to get a price that was listed, then I couldn't even get the price that was listed. It ended up costing 10.50 even though I spent all that time signing up for the app.

First time in the Lee Road location, very nice staff actively stocking the shelves. Most stores like this do not have enough staff to stock and cashier. They actually had what I was looking for. Hope those who do not mind this kind of work apply for the vacancies at all the Family Dollars.
