I’ll say this. I was disappointed they were out of a lot of the toppings but no fault to the workers! They were freaking amazing tonight! Soon as I walked in I was greeted with a welcome in by a lady who appeared to be training a lady. Firstly you don’t get that anymore plus we had just left another chipotle because of all the toppings they were out of as well. We left that one I was not feeling the vibes. Anyways….these ladies were a blast to interact with. All of them had smiles on their face and I was sure to thank them for their customer service! I don’t know their names but I hope this get to them and their supervisor so they can be acknowledged. It seems small but it’s so big with the average person having low expectations for fast food but this was a diamond in the rough.

I sent my brother to get 4 bowls and idk if because he’s young they didn’t put much thought into making it but it was horrible , he asked for chicken no lie I think their was like 4 pieces top, they should portion correctly how much they put into each bowl so it’s not more nor less a fair amount bc you choose chipotle as your choice for dinner not supposed to still end up hungry

Went inside to grab a bowl. The lady reached the guacamole part and dropped guacamole on the counter and picked it up with two tops and put it back on my bowl. I’ve never seen that practice before. When I asked about this, the manager replied: it’s safe and we prep food there. We also sanitize it. Rather than make me a new bowl or comp me for the guacamole. They chose to give me a poor excuse for that disturbing behavior. I won’t be going to this chipotle anymore.

I went in to this establishment today and irdered my usual chicken bowl. I prefer their salad dressing and have always asked for it with my order. At the checkout, I asked for it and was told by a tall gentleman that they had sauces available in the assembly line. I said no thanks, I would like the salad dressing. He proceeded to tell me, "No ma'am". I kindly said no thank you to my order and walked out. Is there a new policy that prohibits giving salad dressing upon request? They lost out on a $20 order because one employee's inflated ego would not allow me to have a condiment?

We placed an order on the app and got a notification that it was ready for pickup at 7:10. We pulled around the chipotlane. We told the gentleman in the window our name and he said it would be 10 more minutes. No problem. My boyfriend cracked a joke with him and he laughed with us. Out of NO WHERE, I assume the manager came to the window and yelled at us to pull around and slammed the window in our faces. We pulled into a parking spot and waited until 7:25 to give some extra time because they were very busy. Once 7:25 came, we pulled back to the window and a nice young lady had our order ready. When we asked for the managers name that was so aggressive with us prior, he refused to give us his name and slammed the window once again. I have NEVER had customer service like this from any Chipotle and absolutely WILL not be returning to this location. I will also let everyone I know to avoid this location just because of him. There is absolutely no reason for a MANAGER to act this way. I looked through the other reviews and found a photo of the “manager” in question. Must be a common occurrence….
