“If you've ever had to move, you know that it is a very stressful event that will physically wear you out... but I would like to share a very positive experience that I had in the midst of the storm..I was in route to pick up our 26' ft Penske moving truck rental.Now.. understand, I was definitely the one running behind schedule, due to some of the toughest Friday afternoon Atlanta traffic that I had ever experienced, but was doing my best to make my 4pm to 5pm appointment window time-slot.When I arrived at the 550 Interstate W. Pkwy location in Lithia Springs, to pick up my rental truck at exactly 5:00pm, everyone in the administration office was packed up and walking out of the door, ready for an awesome weekend.I had booked my vehicle reservation for Friday-Monday and would've never been able to complete the move-out in time, had I not been able to secure a renral vehicle.Halfway in tears of frustration, Mr.Edwards went above and beyond to make sure that my 60 mile, 2.5 hr trip during rush hour, on a Friday afternoon was NOT in vain..Ryan put his personal items to the side and extended 15 minutes of his personal time to get us situated, and on our way..Mr Edward's and the entire Penske Truck Staff showed true professionalism in extending their personal time to make sure that we were taken care of..FIVE STARS, isn't enough...I would Give 10 Stars if I could..☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ ??The words "Thank You" are not enough”
