Quick, fast and easy. Big bills. No problem. They have a money exchange machine. Also you'll have a reusable, prepaid laundry card to use the washer/dryer.

Owner is rude and did not handle an issue that I had. Some of the staff is also rude. I told the owner & a staff member that the washer didn’t have enough water & another customer did as well & we were just waved off like we were talking to thin air. I can’t believe how we were treated. I have been coming here for a long time but never again!

Clean and air-conditioned. The young lady helped me solve the puzzle of using a card laundry, since my dryer decided to go on vacation. I would use this laundromat again.They also wash/dry your laundry for 1.34/lb.

Even though it's fully automated with the cards, there should be a change machine for the vending machines.

The lady at the desk was very helpful and the facility was clean. Only wish the chairs had tables so I could work while waiting.

The hose recently broke on my washing machine and I was forced to do my laundry outside of my home. This laundromat was clean. The individual staff member that was working was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that it’s so small inside. It was kind of crowded when I arrived and it was a little difficult to move around in there.

Clean laundry facility with friendly helpful attendant. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there were plenty of machines available. Pricing is competitive with other laundromats in the area but this place is so much better than the others. I almost didn't want to post this review... I don't want to let everyone in on what seems like a secret spot. If you find yourself in need of laundry services don't sleep on Blue Water Express, they're the best.

Very clean. The gentleman was so kind and helpful. You don’t have to use quarters, they have a card you purchase. Automatic door makes it easier tocome in and out. Highly recommend!

I came to this location to dry some clothes because my dryer went out sporadically. When I got here I put $10 on a prepaid card to dry two loads of laundry towels and socks and work clothes for the week. Once I purchased some fabric softener and then loaded 20 minutes in each dryer I realized my card was completely empty And I asked the gentleman at the desk why my card was empty considering that each dryer is $.75 per 10 minutes. The box of softener was three dollars mind you. Then he told me oh there’s a surcharge for using every piece of equipment in our property. So I asked him is there a sign somewhere telling us that you’re charging us a dollar or more for every single time that we swipe our prepaid cards on your property? He did not answer.Then I asked him what do you charge for theft ? He also didn’t answer.

Location was convenient since I'm staying at an extended stay hotel and the convenience of using washers and dryers there is no good. Anyways I came here during a busy time and day unfortunately. The ladies there was great and very helpful. Only downside is the baskets get snagged really quick or taken if you don't have your things in them and finding a spot to fold clothes there is also slim pickings. I had found a bar stool to sit and wait for my clothes to be done and this guy was all up next to me folding his clothes. Apparently I was in his way lol whatever., aside from this prices are great and staff on site was so lovely, place was clean!!!

Always clean great place to do your laundry. A lot of times I have them clean and fold for me because I don't have time and they do a very good job. They find things in my pockets that I accidentally leave like a family heirloom knife that I carry and they returned it the day that I picked up my laundry. Very trustworthy people.
