I wanted to personally take the time to THANK WARREN for his professionalism and excellent customer service! My car broke down, I was catching uber to and from work for days with no answers! When I notified Warren of my experience and all that I was dealing with ,he developed a plan of action for my repairs, he resolved my issues and helped me get my car to Lithia Springs dealership and most importantly, he kept his word! Sometimes as a woman, it’s difficult going to the dealership with no direction. BUT warren made me fell supported and heard! This is the BEST customer service that I’ve experienced since moving to Atlanta 4yrs ago! I am so grateful! Warren, please keep up the great work! You are seen and appreciated! Thank you from the bottom of my Heart! You were made for this work! May God continue to bless you!! Thank you ❤️

I had such a great experience taking my Maxima here for servicing. Customer service was excellent- especially Lamarques Williams and Jordan Hunt. They provided EXCEPTIONAL service and were very professional and accommodating by making sure I had a rental car while mine had to stay for repairs. Communication was great! My car drives like its brand new! I highly recommend this location for service!

Our experience with the service department is a long, sad story that kept our car in the shop for over four months. Terrible customer service. No communication. Broken promises. And they kept finding problem after problem that needed fixing. I don’t want to share my feelings about what goes on in that department because I don’t want to be accused of libel. Suffice to say we will never go there again, nor will we recommend it for anyone else.

How this service department has a 4 star rating is beyond me. My 2022 had a whole glitch and the car wouldn't start, every single day light came on when it is start. So I called her nd they told me to come Saturday morning as a walk in and they could get it looked at fairly quickly. When I got there I was greeted by Riley, who told me it would be at least 5 hours before they could look at it. I informed her I have a special needs child and could not do that, that's why I called the day before. Sheblatantly told me to figure it out. I left, angry, then decided to call and speak with the actual manager. I was told by the sales manager that the service manager was not in. I then proceeded to come back to the dealership to drop the car off, they refused a courtesy car and refused to let me rent one of their cars as well, after it was offered to me. I again asked to speak with a manager and Fred told me he was the manager when he is in fact not the manager. Riley was also extremely rude to me over the phone as well when I asked to speak to someone else. And refused to let me do so. This place is absolute trash and treats women, and apparently special needs mothers like garbage. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to buy a car or for their service dept. I called the Marietta location the same day and was able to bring my car to them and got it fixed same day. With friendly service and passion towards my child and having to wait with him.

I don't have enough characters but I'll try: 1)they aren't trustworthy; 2) they don't honor their warranties; 3) they are unprofessional; 4) they don't put safeguards in place to keep up with customers property (i.e. keys, cars!); 4) manipulative business practices, especially toward women; and 5) despite being asked several times, they will not remove me from their phone/email/mailing/text lists.

Absolutely. Love this dealership for service. The people are always friendly and nice. I've been going there for about 3 years now. And I wouldn't choose to select another dealer to get my car service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR NISSAN HERE FOR SERVICING!!! Honestly, at this point THEY CAN CLOSE THIS LOCATION PERMANENTLY!!!
Here's why: After stalling out during rush hour traffic, I had my vehicle towed to Nissan of Lithia Spring Service Center. A week later diagnostic reported I needed a new clutch (manual transmission) to the tune of $2,400.
Eight months ago (May 2023) the exact same scenario happened and I got the whole clutch (Master and Slave) repaired. For those that do not know a clutch typically last about 100,000+ miles. May of 2023 I had about 130,000 miles on my car, so I got it fixed at an expense of $2,000 (Ridiculously Overpriced!!!). So imagine my surprise after 17,000 miles Nissan of Lithia Springs Service Center tells me I need a new clutch and its going to cost me another $2,400. Please remember a clutch typically last 100,000 miles; not fail after 17,000.
Now my vehicle is inoperable because of the horrible work their technicians did on the initial clutch repair in May 2023. Further frustration is added to the fact the Service Center Manager deflected me to Nissan Customer Care (which is a complete JOKE, waste of my time) instead of approving the repair from the terrible work their techs did.
Y'ALL DON'T BUY A NISSAN, ESPECIALLY FROM NISSAN OF LITHIA SPRINGS AND FOR GOD'S SAKE DO NOT GO FOR SERVICING THERE. THEY ARE A MONEY PIT, TRAINING EMPLOYEES TO RIP OFF CUSTOMERS AND NOT HONOR THE WORK THEY DO!!!!
By the way I give them zero stars.........

Absolutely horrible service. No one answers the phone when you call. They call you and tell you the vehicle is ready but when you show up they say...oops, we called wrong person (and they didn't bother to call and tell me). They said it would be ready by end of day...I called 3 times..NO ANSWER!!!! The call center leaves a message for them to call me but no one does. Next day I call 5 times and again NO ONE answers....call center can't get any information on my truck!!!! This is ridiculous!!! Take your vehicle somewhere else because the customer service here is horrible!

I have purchased 3 cars from Nissan since 2017. And over the years the service has gotten worse and worse. I went against my best judgment and bought a 2023 nissan rogue. I was lied to during the sale. I was lied to during my 1st service appointment and tricked into buying additional warranty. The manager never answered the phone or returned phone calls. I had to come on site and hunt him down and he still lied and did not do want he said he would. Then I was lied to about my tire rod when I got an alignment and ended up stranded on the street with a broken tried rod on a 2023 vehicle. Car was towed to Nissan called them for 4 hours with no response s or call back and no one can tell me where my car is. I absolutely hate this dealership and I'm sure I will never purchases another Nissan.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

This is an update to my other review. First they kept my car for 7 days I called them six times. I could never get in touch with anyone. I had to take an Uber to the location to get to talk to somebody. I went in an Uber on the 6th day to ask when will I get my car. Of course someone told me the next day. I asked to speak to a manager of course I never got to speak to him. I did get my car the next day. But today 3 days after I got the car back I was driving in my engine light comes on and the coolant light comes on. Now I have spent $900 at this dealership. They did an inspection so I know nothing was wrong with either one of the items before I brought it in. The car stopped moving. So I had to call someone, to come help me with the car. We open the hood and guess what the radiator cap was not on. I had no coolant at all. I mean they just flopped it on there and didn't tighten it. They were supposed to be put in a new battery and replacing the fuse link. They did a multi Point inspection but when they checked everything they forgot to everything back. When I went there to find out what was the issue with my car why I didn't have it. The advisor calls me the next day and said I didn't know how to get in touch with you. Mind you he's calling my phone number. Don't take your car to these people. I called the dealership today and ask to speak to a manager. Of course they couldn't find one for me to speak to if I could give this less than a one I would. There may be good advisors there but Sean is not one of them.

I made an appointment with Alexis when I got to the dealership she greeted me she was very professional well dressed I was just impressed with her from the start she showed me two different trims of the Nissan Rogue she was very knowledgeable of the features she explained the process I was very comfortable with dealing with her so I was satisfied with my services and she made buying my car an easy process !!
