Last month a week before Christmas I went to get an oil change, after my oil change, I get in my car to go home and on my way home my car started shaking and smoking, I immediately pulled over to the side of the road and then the car cut off on its on. I called the manager and he sent a tow truck to get me and my car, they said they put too much oil in it after they checked it outThey gave me a rental ca. On top of that some nappy headed girl that worked their was being smart moit about my car and the fellow employees thought it was funny.Never stepping foot back here again. Any one recently contacted any lawyers about this place?

Fred Foster show fantastic customer service. He greeted me when I arrived, check in my vehicle, asked if I needed anything. I received a text with the service nearly completed and needed my attention on one item. When the work was done Fred explain all that was completed, and he wished me well and I left extremely with the service of Fred and also the service tech who worked on my wife's car. I will be back the next time and I will ask for Fred. Great Job!

I would 100% recommend him to assist with your next car buying purchase. This is my second purchase from this location and the only place I allow to service my vehicle. If I could give them a ZERO star rating I would in a heart beat. I've ridden the rollercoaster of the Service Department staff turnover at this location over the years. I'm done!! IF YOU ARE A NISSAN OWNER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SERVICING.Between grotesquely overcharging for some specialty & regular services, to charging patrons for rental vehicles for their (Nissan) diagnostic delays and just flat out lying to your face about pricing; this location doesn't care about customer care or service. They just want to make a quick buck and dismiss their service consumers.The final straw for me leaving this review today is....I brought my car in for servicing and was notified the two service reps I usually use were no longer there and running diagnostic testing was going to take 3-5 hrs w/ a possibility of up to two days. After inquiring about a loaner/rental I was told it was going to cost me $50+/day. I decided to reschedule. I called a week later and received a same day appt., surprised me. The phone advisor told me it could take 3-5 hrs for them to run testing and I was willing to wait. Once I got checked-in, the service advisor informed me testing was going take longer than quoted, I would have to pay out of pocket for a rental and the diagnostic fee was going to be $300. I've had multiple complaints investigated for (1) $99 diagnostic fee per visit. This advisor wanted to charge me $99/complaint and justify it by stating the testing would be treated like 3 separate visits. That is RIDICULOUS!! You raise the hood once and run all electronic testing at one time. The electronic codes are provided for the mechanics to make the necessary repairs. That is not a multiple charge task. If you are willing to overcharge me now for this...... Yeah, that's a hard no to finding out the end cost.So basically my out of pocket expenses were going to be $400+ before levying an actual repair bill on me.

This dealership is everything! I went in wanting a car but not necessarily going to buy one that day. Jessica Davis listened to every detail I wanted and produced above and beyond what I wanted. Not only was the transaction seamless but the finance officer Teaunna Lester listened to my concerns too and eased any fears. This is not my first rodeo with buying a car but this was by far the best. I was in and out with the car that I wanted and could afford. Although Jessica and Teaunna are superstars I must commend all the staff. They all congratulated Jessica and me it felt like a culture where everyone wants everyone to win. Also, let me mention Nick. He was the young man who explained all the features of my Nissan Rogue. It was freezing outside but he took his time to explain it all. If you are looking for not only a great care but a great experience run to Nissan Lithia Springs!

I was not pleased that seat in my ride waiting on someone give me services. Well other Nissan dealership come out greet you .wash your car after service it that what not understanding that. I do not know if like returning this Nissan or go to another give u better services. I paying good monthly payments for this service. Was in shock
