I did not buy a vehicle from here (yet) I took my lease for a return. The process was quick & painless. The folks were helpful. While I was there someone bought a new car & they had a whole celebration! Honked horns, rang bells, clapped, & cheered. I know she felt good leaving with her new ride! I’ve been in a jeep family all my life & I’ve had 4 of my own. I will definitely be back to shop when it’s time.

I’ve worked in sales 15 years. The salesperson that was helping me… was terrible and asked the wrong questions. He was so busy worrying about a down payment that he forgot the art of selling a product. I could’ve put whatever, but given his response when I said I wasn’t going to put anything down, I was immediately turned off and decided to leave!
Went across the street and got a brand new car and put $10k down. It pays to be kind!

They will run and run your credit on thousands of cars you never had no interest on buying. They will run your credit without permission.

They sold me a SUV with mechanical issues and now it is sitting in the shop and I am stuck with the repair cost over $2000 dollars. And after speaking with the General manager he is very rude and disrespectful and never did he return any of my phone calls. They sell bad cars. They are not honest of the history of the car. Most dealers would give a maintenance check and give repairs prior to you driving it off the lot. They gave it to me with an empty tank of gas and didn’t even clean the inside.. RUN THEY ARE CROOKS AND ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ALL THEY DO IS LIE. I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB

Smh , Well After Being a Happy Customer For Years I’m No Longer going to utilize this facility. I called to check to see what the warranty on my tires included . A young male answered the phone he was kind enough to transfer me to finance , where i was greeted with a very unprofessional “ hello ? “ instead of A professional script . Seems like all of a sudden this place has turned GHETTO ! That’s very unfortunate because i never had anything bad to say about it . I hate to use this word among my people of color but it’s giving “ trenches “ vibes . Looks like all the good people have quit or been fired . Should really look into gaining more welcoming / professional employees ??♀️

BEWARE: My vehicle required maintenance so I dropped my vehicle off at the service center. Subsequently, it was stolen while in their possession and they did not notice for FOUR days. The general manager, Andrew Tabaku, mentioned that it was not their responsibility and would be the same if it was stolen from a Publix parking lot. However, I don’t give my keys to a Publix employee entrusting they take care of my vehicle. In addition, the manager said he would pay my deductible (as a courtesy) but he never responded to the multiple emails I sent him. They were going to charge me $5000 for a repair that another Jeep dealership did for $1750. I suggest you avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want to overpay and have your vehicle stolen.
UPDATE: They replied to my review and asked that I send an email so they could further assist. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t received a response, which sums up the customer service from this business…horrendous.

I was so very hesitant about following through with my service appointment, I normally stay away from dealerships. From the time I arrived Hooper was incredibly kind making sure that I was comfortable in the customer service waiting area. My technician, Allen, was extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the hard work this team exhibited during my visit. It is very much appreciated and eases my mind to know I can trust them with my Wrangler

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!! What I went in for was a routine oil change and left with radiator/engine problems. Britney/Mr. Whitehead the worst!! Please DON’T use this place for ANY of your vehicle service needs you will be in serious trouble and what’s so sad about it is that the corporate office know that this service department is a nightmare. Instead of taking responsibility they will make excuses.
