I was recommend otting and sons when I needed my old car, that did not run, gone. I reach out to them them on Facebook messenger. They replied back within a day. And by the next day, they came and picked up my car & gave me what I wanted for it. The guys where a little late coming to get my car, but it wasnt an issue or anything. They had great customer service skills & I really appreciate them very much. Thank you guys!!! 10/10 recommend!

Lee and other gentleman, didn't catch his name, but they were very nice, great to talk to. As most of the world knows, finding people to work is a miracle these days, they are shorthanded so be patient. I got my daughter a hardtop for her jeep and the look on her face is worth every minute. They have a lot of good inventory, newer models that I saw. It's a 45 min drive for us but I'll be glad to back. I'm glad to give them 5 stars.

Tried to get my vehicle picked up for over a week. Was told they were coming at a specific time for 3 days with them not showing up, calling, or letting me know anything. Horrible communication and service.

My husband totaled my car so I posted it on Facebook. Otting auto was the one on the spot with cash in hand! All I had to do was sign title. Great service! Thanks for doing business!

Fair prices. Friendly folks. A little hard to get to answer the phone at times. If they have the part it is usually one of the lower prices around.
