I ordered 1 1/2 hr in advance. I ordered 13 pizza for a 2pm party to be picked up at 1:30. I arrived I was not greeted but could clearly see someone sitting at the desk in the back. A guy comes out to tell me he only had 4 of my pizzas ready at 1:30. I waited quietly until they were ready at 1:45. All piza was sealed and only opened at the office. All 5 of the Chicken Pizzas had no chicken, only Onions, peppers. I called for the manager and her response was that she would give me $30 since they had no chicken for my $60 paid pizza that we couldn't eat. I refused her offer and she said that I was suppose to give her a two hour notice for that many pizzas. I told her that isn't on the website and she responded it should be. NOTHING to do with me and the $203 i spent at that location. As a F&B Director her service in response to her locations poor performance and lack of communication when they realized they had no chicken, was poor and disrespectful.

By far the WORST Pizza Hut location I have ever had the misfortune of ordering food. The only thing worst than their burnt chicken wings and horrible pizzas, is the unprofessional customer service they provide. Despite the fact my order was taken ONE HOUR AND HALF prior to his arrival, the driver insisted he wasn't late though. How rude! He was unprofessional, and the guy who hung up on me when I called to inquire about my order, well, was just a j**** Horrible experience. I will order from Papa Johns next time. I give them NO STARS! They will NOT get any more of my money.

This is the epitome of food executive, board-room-devised restaurants. I don't like it. I prefer the wings at Joe's to Go's.
