“Paul! Paul! Paul! I just had one of the best customer experiences of my life, all thanks to Paul, the new manager of the Lilburn location of Discount Tire. Within a minute of my arrival, he turned a mundane air pressure check into a laugh riot, something he does to put customers at each. (I won't spoil it, but be sure to ask about the synthetic air.) Not only did Paul correct the air pressure, but he removed one of the wheels to better align the hubcap. As if that wasn't enough, he checked the torque on all of my lug nuts and then checked everything one last time. Remember, every bit of this is a free service.
