I like this location cause Closer from home and like Banker's Friendly service specifically Mr. Jagdip sir I was ther all the time and he treated me like professional service and solved all my problems .

I walked in to do a few simple things and even though there was a long line, I was still seen fairly quickly. The woman who helped me, Fabiana Larreal, was very thorough, quick, and good at her job.

I have been waiting in line for a teller for more than 20 minutes. 2 tellers, spending inordinate time with each customer. Manager standing behind one. One teller just "went to lunch" at 2:45 pm. It's now 3:04 pm. I've now been in line 24 minutes and counting! Need new management here!

Came to open an account but quickly left. Your tellers are very obviously miserable. Doesn't speak much to the location or how things will be handled here.

This is the second wells fargo I have gone to today and the line is out the door.in lilburn .they have closed 4 branches in the area and have less staff at the ones that are still open.this is ridiculous!!!!!.I have been with them for over 20 yrs and this is the worst that I have seen it.Time to find a new bank.so sad!!!¡!

My wife went there alone to activate her card and they told her that she had to make an appointment and she wanted to know other questions and they told her that they were not going to attend because they closed at 12 and it was only 10:50

Need more seating because of the Hispanic families that come with 2-3 babies, like why have people who aren’t doing anything but taking up space in the bank? BEWARE WAITING TIMES TAKE TOO LONG, maybe hire more people?
