By far the worst customer service. If you don't have an appointment they won't see you. Word of advice to them. Don't judge a book by its cover. I go into a bank looking a certain way to see what kind of service I get. Needless to say I took my money to another bank.

I successfully cash advance with my discover card at a well Fargo several time in the pass, and these bimbo actually say they can't cash advance with a discover card after i told them this. They didn't even try to confirm it first or anything they just look at each and say no. The only reason this get 1 star is cause I requested help from one of front desk advisor and she manage to confirm it for these idiot. After another wait in line the woman who decline me before left without trying to to resolve my issue first, and the other two didn't even offer an apology. Trash

This place is ridiculous. They make you wait for forever for something as simple as going to your safe deposit box. Wells Fargo should have a designated personnel that assists customers with going to and from their box.

I had a great experience today. I went through the drive-thru to make a credit card payment and was helped by Amber. She was friendly, and performed my transaction very quickly and efficiently. I've never had any issues with this branch. I worked for WF as a drive-thru teller a long time ago and I give this branch two thumbs up! :)

A white man with blonde hair was very unhelpful due to the fact that he denied my forms of id when I went to other banks and asked if they were acceptable and they actually were.
