Arrived when they open at 8 to get my spark plugs checked and replaced and wasn’t communicated with until 9:30 that they didn’t do anything because I needed gas for a test drive. I’m not a fan of wasting my time and it’s a common occurrence with this place

Place has gone to hell since Vo left. Took my car up here last week for oil change and headlight but I also told them about a sound issue I had (IF HE KNEW THEY COULDN'T FIX IT WHY TRY) they ran some test to my battery so when I got my car back all of sudden my car wouldn't start now I had NO ISSUES with my battery prior to them doing this "diagnosis" lol then was told "well you had a weak battery anyway" I won't be back after this. It was a nice run while Vo and his crew were there. New crew is ass and the new owner needs to change the name cuz it ain't VoTech no more. That's all.

Since the original owner, Vo, sold this business to those who aren't from the community, it's gone way down hill. Low level of transparency and the customer service feels surface. They don't do things in a spirit of excellence. They came very close to messing up my son's car, even after having to take it back to get something redone. Our trust has been lost. We're not going back. Vo really cared about his customers.

I'm always happy with how comfortable they make me feel. Their work is quality, and they give very honest opinions about what needs to get done. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, that is so important to me.
