I am very grateful for everyone here. I’ve been coming here for the past two years, and every time I bring either one of my vehicles, they always fix the problem. They are compassionate and they care about their customers. I am so glad that I found them. I have referred them to all my friends and family. Place is a joke. unprofessional would never recommend to my worst enemy to go there, complete liars there. I’ve been calling their shop to get updates on my car. No answer or calls returned. Drove from Alabama there and called when they saw that I was on the promises then they want to answer the phone like they were not screening call the entire time. Their not transparent what’s so ever. I just need my money and car back from them that’s all at this point. Before I escalate it more than it needs to.Services: Electrical

I had an amazing experience here. Jim at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! Great customer service from Jim.I took my car to multiple mechanic shops and 2 kia dealerships for repairs but my check engine light stayed on. The last Kia dealership I took it to told me I need a new engine assembly costing $6k!!Refusing to pay $6,000 I found VB Automotive and Performance took it there for a diagnostic and they replaced my spark plugs. My check engine light has been off ever since!! I’m so relieved! I will be returning

I bought a used car and it needed a few repairs. Since I had a 30 day warranty through Silver Rock I decided to take my car to VB since it was an approved shop and it had great reviews. I spoke with Jim who was very friendly and put me at an immediate ease. Things got off to a great start when the repairs were approved by Silver Rock in a day or so. Jim told me they would need to keep my car for a week. While he was very responsive to my calls for updates and he called as well the job actually took almost two weeks. That’s the reason I couldn’t give five stars. It was very nerve wracking. But all in all the job was completed and I’m happy with the end result.

Bring my Honda in for a check up after purchase, Jim and staff were cool and super informative about my whip. Had a second visit weeks after I visited the company. Drove to texas from Atlanta, had a issue that was fixed in no time! Solid 9/10 service

Went in a year ago to have the AC on my truck done. Bad decision. I'm out $2000 dollars and no AC. Customer service doesn't exist. The guy Vaughn will not return your call. Legal Route best route.

I wish I wouldn't be writing this. The shop has done work for me in the past and it was excellent. This is why I came back.This time, the work took instead of 10 days, 3 months. In a meantime it was impossible to get any information through email or phone what was going on. After 2 months we decided to stop by, to ask to push...The initial estimate was about $3500 and total ended up to be almost $9000. If I was informed about changes in timeline or the estimate, I might have looked for a different shop. The job was done through the insurance and my assumption is that because everything was paid promptly (except my deductible) the shop didn't have much of a financial reason to take care of my car on time.The job is done well and this is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Amazing and friendly staff. We’re super helpful and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Promised my motorhome would be ready the next morning and it was ready the same day. Fair pricing as well. If I’m ever in Georgia I’m coming here!

If you’re looking for a place to service your vehicle this is the shop! One of the few places who are willing to work on RVs.The guys at VB automotive were amazing, easily the best shop I’ve been to. My wife and I had the check engine light turn on in our Class C RV and called a bunch of places, none of them were willing to look at an RV. We found VB automotive and they told us to bring it in the next day. We went in the next morning and the moment we got there we were greeted by a very friendly group of people, dog friendly too! They immediately took a look, and a very friendly mechanic whose name I didn’t get did the initial diagnosis and then the owner Vuong came out and took a look as well. They were very quickly able to diagnose the main issue, a loose spark plug. They started working on it and had it ready for me the same day, and charged a very reasonable price. The shop is also a part of a network that offers nationwide warranty on repairs for 24 months or 24,000 miles which gives a great peace of mind, although I am sure they have done a great job and I won’t need to use it! I won’t be going to any other shop when I’m in this area, thank you all so much for your help!
