This place will deny you 5-10 minutes before closing. The other week I was literally 10 minutes and I was the next one in line!!! It was an holiday the next day and because of that they could just not care. insane and I told her I just needed to get a receipt for a prepaid label. Today I rushed the clock and was so relieved because I made it on time…. Well according to them I didn’t they were closed even though there was only two people waiting plenty of time for me to be served within their paid time and for there to be time after that. 5 minutes, insane. Make sure to come in 25 minutes early and hope they’re in a good mood. I highly recommend the one in Stone Mountain Highway it’s much better.

Always short staff, long line and long waiting. There are so many negative reviews for them. Does it make and differences to them.

Terrible I had a passport appointment at 10 am just to get rescheduled for no particular reason. Lack of service no professionalism. Probably the worst post office ever

Post office open at 8:30.
I came in at 9am: no station was open and no worker was log in. I wait for 5mins and 1 workers came out and say that she is not log in I have to wait for another one. After 20 mins waiting an employee name Parker came out. So I came up to his station and give him the package that I need it to send out- he look at me with an attitude and tell me if he had called me up yet??? Call me up ? Really, all he have to said is give me a minute I m not ready on top of that another customer just walk in and he want to help her answer her questions first. What happen to helping the person whose stand in line first. And don’t even talk to the manager: she doesn’t do anything . Terrible customer service and if anything happen to my package I know who to report . Go to another place the worker here don’t want to work

Terrible. They shipped my important package to the wrong post office, creating major delays. Thank you for making me waste my time. I also paid extra to have this mailed certified. SMH.

This by far is the worst postal service I’ve been to. It seems like they only just have 1 employee that’s is working. It should never take 30-45 minutes for 5 people in line. On top of that, the location doesn’t have any air which is bad for both employees and consumers.

There is no option for negative ratings, so had to assign one star. The staff at this location are totally unprofessional, illeterate, rude with lot of proud and are incompetent in delivering even a one star service to the community. They have no respect for any age group and are too arrogant when a customer ask a question. They are lauging and giggling while inaptly serving the tax payer customers. I have complained few times to the regional office, but nothing has changed indeed it got more worked. Time to quit USPS and opt for other customer oriented and guaranteed delivery postal companies.

Only 1 Star because 0 is not an option. This location is the worst in customer service, client appreciation, ethics, and overall attitude. They close before time and rush and threaten customers who are in the lobby or in line before closing time - even if they've been waiting. They actually tell customers they are about to close their draws - 10 minutes before the post office closes. They all truly need retraining or to be replaced by a better and customer friendly staff.

The nice postal office lady, Sonya(sorry if misspell), help us with packaging. She gave us great advice on how to choose the box that best fit the price and even assist us with the process. She went above and beyond to help us. Really grateful for her.

Came here to mail a birthday card to a family since they’re out of town. The line was moving slow but thank God I bought a book to read. Staff were really nice & helpful.

Just spent 25 mins waiting in line with 2 employees just going in and out...1 was attending to a lady for Passport, the other no one saw again...we were told "someone would attend to you in a few minutes" and we kept waiting..ended up leaving cos of another appointment as it was obvious they were pathetically short staffed ...had gone to a different location the previous week & found it had been permanently shuttered.
Don't know what's going on with USPS but it ain't good.
