I always go to this place for any shipping services. The main reason is customer service. Today, I had to return a big box. The gentleman at the counter saw me carrying the box and came to the front to open the door for me. It was just a simple act of kindness, but I totally appreciate it.

I walked in / I was immediately acknowledged with a sincere 'welcome' to UPS. My transaction was quick and managed by polite and sweet people. Nothing better than a transaction conducted by knowledgeable folks who clearly love what they do and appreciate customers.

Staff does not know how to multitask to get customers on their way. Usually understaffed and when they have three people in the store they still don’t know how the manage the services. Especially if they get one customer with multiple packages.

Please update online that yall aren't open on Father's Day. I'm not about to drive all the way there for the place to be closed. Is this location always going to be closed on every holiday? Will yall be open for Juneteenth?

The girl and John provided great servicesThe new management and new employee are rude and unhelpfulAlso they charge you hidden fees so if not working with John or the girl make sure u ask the cost before the job
