Extremely rude car salesmen ! Went in to look at some RAV4 models and the attending man immediately wanted to know my budget and monthly payments (however I did not even see any RAV4 that had the features I was looking for). He then went to my dad after stating "Let me just go talk to him then he looks like he has money." Which made me laugh because my dad was not putting any money towards MY car. I told him I would be the one paying and he then grabbed the keys and stated "Whatever I'm not going to deal with this" simply because they did not have any of the features I was looking for on their lot and I was not going to tell him what my budget or monthly payments were. We had not even made it inside the dealership and were only there for about 10 minutes.

They stole my Airpods in my own car!!I had an oil change appointment and right after that a car wash,and left everything inside the car. My Airpods was brand new, third generation, and when I was at the car wash, someone stole it from inside my car. I don't understand why there aren't measures in place to prevent such incidents, like surveillance cameras. After tracking the location, I discovered it was at Toyota Stone Mountain Dealership.I went there with a cop, but they refused to assist, even though I had evidence that my Airpods was taken at the car wash. It's disheartening dealing with thieves and scammers. If you're getting your car serviced there, I'd advise against leaving any belongings inside.!!! I hope You pay that back somehow one day!!!

Poor communication, very slow processing and shipping. My request for order cancellation was ignored and no refund was issued. 3 weeks later I don’t have my money or the product I ordered. Will use Autozone next time

Brought a suv from these scammers that needs a ton of work. They unplugged the battery so that the car could be driven off without service lights coming on.

I bought a used 2023 Toyota Sequoia. Only 1600 miles on it. One month in to driving it, a heavy rain causes a leak from the driver side handle. I take it to the dealership's service center which is a 40 minute drive. They say they fixed the sealing on the sunroof and that it's ready for pick up. A few weeks later another heavy rain and the same issue comes up. They held the car for more than a week and they said they couldn't figure out what the issue was. They had our car for that long and didn't offer a rental until the day before pickup. They called someone in from Toyota's manufacturing branch who also could not discern the issue. They said they ran it through the car wash and hosed it down but couldn't find a leak which I find hard to believe considering how easily it leaks whenever it rains. Now another rain and the leaking comes back. On top of it all the, the service manager Kevin dodged my calls and would only pick up when I called with a different number. Not only are they incompetent, but their service is absolute garbage. And the fact that they sold a defective vehicle in the first place makes them all crooks. I wish nothing but downfall for this whole branch.

This location is so convenient but the incompetency that goes on is detrimental to society...I had an extremely terrible experience with the sales team... they took my info and ran my credit a billion times. Thank goodness my credit profiles are locked. I did not authorize that at all! So needless to say, I never got a car from them. I purchased my Toyota from a completely different dealer. After about a year later I figured I could come here for service...boy was I wrong on that part too! It's been getting serviced here for about 6 months and the fact that no one advised me the battery had corrosion build up was crazy to me! Then yesterday when the corrosion exploded the piece that holds the battery together they wanted to point fingers at me stating that they advised me it was bad last month during service. Who does that? Never did they show me "how serious it was" in fact, they went to pull up the recommended notes and nothing was written there either! They advised me to get a battery. I went to purchase one elsewhere and they were the ones that showed me all the terrible corrosion and said they couldn't remove the battery because the piece was loose. I then took it to this Toyota and the excuse given was that it was an express tech and they wouldn't have known until it was pull apart.. So how would this be a fault of mine? I've been bringing this vehicle for months. You all didn't catch that at any time during that time? The moral of the story is - These men do lousy jobs and overcharge you because everything is 100% commission for them. I'm a female, I'm not gonna lift the hood after every service to check and see what you said you did is what you did! That's why I come to the professionals. I paid $263 for them to fix something that could have been avoided if they would have just did their job! I was supposed to be getting a new battery and I wound up paying more plus didn't get an actual battery. I told them about the maintenance light on -they never checked it! It's just disgusting and I have a mouth full for the manager in their survey that's coming my way! On top of it, they don't have a shuttle service, they don't have places for you to work, nor do they even have bottled water! I will mostlikely never come here again. The service and sales is horrible and not worth your time or money!

Parr came in exactly when tracking said it would. The part fits perfectly and has no issues at all. Being a little bit pricy is ok in my opinion as when it comes to car parts you get what you pay for and if you buy cheap you get cheap. All in all definitely will buy parts here again even of they cost a bit more than other places.

Worst dealership ever! Each time I have brought my car in for service, I was not pleased with the service. The front desk masks the incompetence of the mechanics. My car ran smoothly before I brought it in to Stone Mountain dealership. Now it is loud, clunky, and squeaky. Don't take your car there. It is overpriced and substandard service for a dealership.

I ordered filters for my hybrid Sienna - 2 left and 2 right filters. They sent one of each and have been completely unresponsive when I have asked for the rest of my order. Do not recommend buying parts here.
