At least one of these drivers is insane. Had to call the City if Lilburn police to meet us last night. The speed limit on Hwy 29 is 40, we were going 45, he rolls up behind us with all his LEDs on, thisclose to our bumper. He could've gone around. We couldn't see around this big truck so we didn't get over right away. He starts flashing his lights like he's an emergency vehicle. We end up going around a curve and see we can get to the right and we do, this guy kept cutting people off, almost running people off the road, started to run a red light...all while towing someone's personal vehicle/property (that car is probably damaged now). We follow this guy into the Kroger on the corner of Beaver Ruin and 29. He triple parks right up front (while the cops were talking to him, a guy came to complain to them about his parking - he was elderly and should've been able to park up front). Guess he just HAD to almost run people off the road and drive super aggressively to get those wings from JT's wings. The officer told us they've had to deal with this company and their drivers SEVERAL times. The guy wasn't under the influence, so he's just that aggressive while sober. I feel sorry for his spouse if anyone is married to this dude. And any kids he may have. Any way, if your vehicle was being towed around 8:15pm and it was a silver 4 door sedan (pretty sure it was a Nissan - first letters of your tag were SKJ), this guy f*cked your car up. Not that it matters a lot, but we have a handicapped tag, an Army symbol on the back, and my husband has a heart condition. These guys are straight douche canoes. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I've got pictures and I know he had a dash cam.

They knocked my mailbox down while towing my neighbors car. They called me and told me the day they were coming to look at the mailbox and never came. That was in mid-July or early August. No one never came and never called again.

Just fyi they are all crooks and will blatantly lie so no liability will be held. I called the police and made a police report so that there is a record of theft at this business. No one truly cares and they even will lie to the police. Will be contacting my lawyer because this can't be legal. Karma will win in the end

I wish there was a way to give a zero. Smokerise towed my car, damaged it in the process of moving it, and I was promised a call ba k over a month ago and have t received a call. they lied and said that my car was already damaged so they didn't have to pay for damages.

I was told that someone will be there right away where I was located at in about 15-20 minutes. Waited & no one showed up. My calls were ignored, no answered and I got sent to voicemail. Could've just said no or something in the first place. I had to get help from a different towing company. I definitely won't be contacting this place again. Good luck to future customers on getting help from these guys.

My car was in their possession when it was hit twice & left red paint on both sides. I have been fighting with my finance company to get info from them. Every time I call someone tells me that they will look into it. At this point I will be going to the courthouse to sue them! Be careful when doing business with this company & keep all pictures as evidence like I did because they are hard to communicate with.

I forget the name of the driver I’m not very good with names,he was very professional. Was told the driver would be there in 30 minutes and he got there in about 20 minutes. Towed my van and trailer home for me after the transmission burned up on a Friday night. I will definitely be calling this company again if I ever have another problem and I will definitely recommend to other people. Also, I had called five other companies before I called Smokerise towing, and none of them could take care of me.I am very thankful to get the service and professionalism and help I needed on a Friday night. Thank you.

They towed my car and held it for a week. I continuously called and their policy is you have to to come pick up by appointment! The manager is this fat dude who has a narcissist personality. We asked to speak to the manager after waiting in the cold for over 20min and he stated that he was. Another car pulled up and asked us what's going on so we explained that the car has been here for a while when we paid all the fees THE DAY IT WAS TOWED and the manager took that as we're 'disrupting his business' & asked us to leave. We're so shocked and confused since we were polite, all we asked was who's the manager after driving one hour to this location and being told to wait more than 20min before being spoken to. They've had the car for over week which we have to go to work so that's been a hassle. We're black by the way, the manger is Hispanic, DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THEM! He was an a**hole. We told them we'll see you court. So he said he has the right to refuse service like WTF. He needs to go on a diet & a spirit cleanse.
