“I’m just here to say thank you for trying to align my car. The car was brought there twice for a front wheel alignment but couldn’t get it to stop diving to the right even though the wheel was straight. They ended up reimbursing me for the alignment. Now I’m not saying that they’re bad at aligning things. My car just require a lot more than what they’re equipped with since the rear of the car is custom and that’s a whole other story.
TLDR; they tried their best and couldn’t get the job done and they manned up and they gave me my money back and I can really appreciate that. I’ve brought many cars to them back in the day. Good to see y’all still kickin. Keep up the good work.

“Paul! Paul! Paul! I just had one of the best customer experiences of my life, all thanks to Paul, the new manager of the Lilburn location of Discount Tire. Within a minute of my arrival, he turned a mundane air pressure check into a laugh riot, something he does to put customers at each. (I won't spoil it, but be sure to ask about the synthetic air.) Not only did Paul correct the air pressure, but he removed one of the wheels to better align the hubcap. As if that wasn't enough, he checked the torque on all of my lug nuts and then checked everything one last time. Remember, every bit of this is a free service. This man will be a success in this job or anything else he does. Do yourself a favor and get to know Paul and his staff. 100%!”
