I came here to drop off Amazon packages. This ups location is very small but they are fast and efficient. It was very clean inside and the staff was knowledgeable.

This location always tries to upsell you on purchasing their packaging for Amazon returns while the UPS QR code clearly has other instructions. Just go to the one down the street and savs yourself the hassle.
Update: gave this location another try. I waiting almost 10min while another customer was being fingerprinted. The CUSTOMER had to tell me, "thank you for your patience". I was never greeted by the store rep.

I've never been so disrespected and embarrassed in my life.
This young female employee cures me, called me b's and h's, threaten my life screaming with other customers around and told me I told her to show some respect she told me "I don't have to respect you, I don't even respect my mother" WOW my mouth dropped, I had said nothing to her , just because another employee wouldnt check my package in and walk away, I asked sarcasticly "did you forget about me" after that I went out to my car and called Ups customers serv to make a report.
A month later the owner called me asking "what happen I heard you ask my employee what r u looking at, and goes to say" in the first place that was just courtesy getting your 80pound package out the truck with a dolly because we didn't have to do that.
and goes on to say" her cursing you was an isolated incident " all I wanted was to drop off, get slip and go and it ending up being that WORSE EXPERIENCE CUSTOMER SERV. I EVERE HAD.SO SAD.

Wendy was absolutely amazing. First amazin return I’ve ever done and she help fix the fact I pick wrong location and got everything right within seconds. Super friendly even though it was very busy
