I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my visit. Upon entering the leasing office, I was warmly greeted by Torie Stevenson , who immediately made me feel welcome with a friendly smile.
Torie efficiently discussed the availability of units and promptly guided me through a tour of the 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment home. I was thoroughly impressed by Torie and her team's engaging and professional demeanor throughout the process. Their remarkable service greatly influenced my decision to lease the apartment home.
TORIE was AWESOME!!!!! I was SO nervous but she put all my nerves at ease! She’s patient and answered all of my questions! Such a great experience so far!

I am a new tenant at the Paxton and my experience so far has been great. It’s a neat community with all the amenities required and the apartment is of good quality.
Tracee Vaughan was the leasing manger assisted me with the move in formalities and she did a great job making me comfortable here. She is helpful and very professional to solve my initial confusions and am very happy to be here now. I will recommend this place for anyone looking for a good place to live.

Paxton is fraud. We left in April of 2024 and we are still waiting for our deposit. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They still owe us our $ back. They charged us for whatever damages that had occurred but they kept our entire rent. We wish we never came to this place and we would not recommend Paxton apartment of Lilburn to anyone. I will write a better review if and when I get my deposit back. Jemima took care of our paper work and the new staff is not willing to refund us back. I am not sure who we should be speaking with and I am tired of calling the billing office. But, please do not stay here or consider leasing an apartment. Our family is still struggling to get our deposit back.

I want to send thanks to Torie Stevenson, for helping me through a tuff time. I love this Community for their help, as well as in always being on time when in need of help. Would recommend anyone to live here at The Paxton because they do keep everything nice and clean, including the pool.

I do not recommend applying to this place my mother and grandmother who are older obviously, applied here my mother who is a doctor was told that her documents looked fake huh you work at a apartment complex telling a doctor that her documents looked fake oook so they ask her for bank statements instead she provided them with everything thing they wanted and now they won't pick up the phone they wanted access to her account which she provided and now you disappear shes been leaving message after message still no reply keep in mind that she paid all of her fees so they just took their money and they never heard from them again we are in the process of getting in touch with corporate
if your were that Eager to help then you would have called her back or picked up the phone don't come on here and lie

Terrible place we applied and was denied and didn't even get a explanation i have great credit and make more than enough but they took our app fees the verifast system they use doesn't even work properly

I would like to thank Miss Tori Webb for helping us with our application process and being such a great tour guide! Even though we didn’t get approved I appreciate her, we had issues with the company they partnered with to verify our income that was our only issue.

As a resident that has lived here for a year I really only have one complaint, the gate and how the cards take for ever to read and by the time the gate opens 5 cars will be behind us honking impatiently. I’ve also had my guests complain about being honked at. I know the leasing office offers key fobs but they charge $50 to even get one. It would be much more efficient to have people who are residents be allocated one and then if lost or damaged that’s when to charge for replacement. It would make everything quicker.
Edit: This gate causes me so much anxiety, that I rarely leave solely because of this. And when I do I don’t really want to come back because I’m always stressing that there’s going to be a long line of angry cars trying to get in and that some how I’m not going to be fast enough

Called in hopes of leasing a unit here. The male agent that answered could not tell me much information. Couldn't even tell me if the units were renovated or not, which is crazy for a leasing agent not to know that basic information. The agent also told me that the deposits start at $1500 regardless of good credit or not, which is crazy. Sorry I even wasted my time calling this place.

Enjoyable place to live. Move in was somewhat difficult because the apartment was not completely ready for me to move in. However, Tori Webb was consistently in communication with me and made the process bearable. Tori Webb assisted through the complexities and assured me with a time frame that was reasonable. Thank you Tori for exuding awesome customer service professionalism and being fully transparent.

I wish I could give my this place a full five stars, but unfortunately I can’t. I would definitely love to get five stars to Tori Webb because she made my moving experience so easy! She is incredible, excellent communication, and much more so over five stars for her. She made the move-in process so easy and I’m happy for that! I was attracted to the awesome customer service that the office staff provided, and the pricing of the two bedroom. Unfortunately my views turned differently after I moved in. Now that I am moved in I’m not fully settled in the place was more of a downgrade than what I toured.
I found myself deep cleaning the place more than what I needed to. The kitchen has splatters from the previous tenants cooking on the walls, ceiling areas, the sink, other things. The lights are pretty dimmed and the kitchen sink and there are brown stains on the ceiling and around the stove top area.
When I walked in, as discussed with Miss Webb, there are two large brown stains on the carpet which was communicated to the manager to higher professional cleaners to clean the stains but they have not come yet.
As I was cleaning the refrigerator and freezer, they were stains along the crevices and in the refrigerator as well. when I looked into pantry there was a roach trap at the bottom and I had to remove it myself with gloves.
The cabinets were semi cleaned with mysterious stains inside and out the floor hasn’t been mopped so after I mopped the kitchen floor the water was extremely dark.
I turned on the sink in the master bathroom and it took about eight minutes for the water to get hot. Maintenance told me that since the water heater is further away from the sink, it takes a while for the water to turn on. When I first turned it on they were black specks falling into the sink, assuming that it was mold. When I cleaned it with water and Vinegar as I soaked it for hours, the soaking turned purely black filled with mold, I cleaned the toilet and it was very moldy as well and even after cleaning it, and it only has been two weeks, it has fully molded again, the toilet and the sink.
I was told from Miss Webb that the tubs had to be replaced due to the severity of damages. They were replaced. They are extremely slippery and even a shower mat could not fix the slippery problem.
When I arrived there wasn’t a washer and dryer, and on June 29 I requested via email that a washer and dryer will arrive to my unit. As of yesterday July 12, the washer and dryer was finally delivered, however it was not hooked up. The maintenance man told me that he wasn’t able to hook it up that day however he’ll come back at a later time to hook up the connection for the washer and dryer.
I really want to love this place, but I can’t 100% “settle in “because of how uncomfortable I feel. If I was moved into another unit, preferably facing the woods or even if I have to downgrade, I would do that. I would prefer Different floors and different appliances.
I really don’t want to move again, however if this does not change, I would unfortunately have to move to another complex.
