My 18 year old son ran his car off the road in to a ditch, surrounded by trees and underbrush. You could not see the car from the road. Not only did Superior Towing answer their phone early on a Saturday morning, Bobby showed up quickly and pulled the car out with no additional damage to the car. By the grace of God, my son n is not hurt and the bumper is the only damage. This car was pulled out of a literal forest. They were professional and truly knew what they were doing. I will recommend Superior and Bobby to everyone and if I could give them 100 stars, I would!

Beyond pleased with the service I received! After waiting 20+ hours for Audi Roadside Assistance to send someone (only to be unsuccessful in jumping my car), I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my car started. I called Superior and they answered promptly, arrived in an hour and successfully jumped my car on the first try. They even went the extra mile answering all of my questions and drove behind me on the way to dealer since they were headed in the same direction. I hope I don’t need their service in the future but if I do, I know who to call!Service: Battery service

Superior towing was a huge help when my Audi broke down on I85. They arrived very quickly, and were very knowledgeable about where to take my car to have the best possible service. I simply called in to see about getting a vehicle towed from a business lot. Whomever answered the phone immediately cut me off and said "we don't do impounds ok, bye." Very rude, and I see that I'm not the first to experience this based on the reviews.

My alternator decided to die without hint of a problem. I had to get my Jeep in for servicing ASAP. I called my mechanic and asked for a wrecker recommendation. He said Superior and gave me their number. Not only did Superior provide an expert tow, it was well below others I also contacted -- by roughly 50% less. I was informed how long it would be before they would arrive, as well as additional update when he was in route to my home. The employee was really nice and allowed me to ride with him to my mechanic, rather than getting a separate Uber, which saved me from an additional expense. Great service and value. Highly recommend Superior.

Good afternoon, I hope all is well. The customer service was great, but I called to get my car towed and that service was not provided. Then, after having a conversation with Bobby Swanger, the individual that was suppose to tow my car, he was rude and kept pointing the finger at why the service was not provided versus providing solutions to resolve the issue.Service: Car towing

No one ever WANTS to NEED a tow truck but when you do, these are the guys you want. Mr. Joey and his staff are professional, courteous and kind. Whether it's for transport or removal of wreckage they'll treat your vehicle like their own. Integrity, professionalism and efficiency at its best.
