Terrible customer service. Ileen or however you spell her name.. and the other gentleman man is super rude. Was not greeted, they were speaking Espanol.. and I could not understand what they were saying but, by the body language… you can just tell what was said was unpleasant. I had to repeat what service I was scheduled for as well as my dog’s name 3 TIMES! Its like she didnt have any urgency or care that I had an appointment there. This is my third time here and every groomer’s attitude is terrible. Me and Fendi will return to the Snellville location. Elondra is so amazing and such a sweetheart! That’s where we started receiving services initially! And I happened to move to Lilburn and thought the service would be the same. Completely wrong. Great customer service is everything. Especially with our furry loved ones.

If I could give 0 starts I would. We took our dog for a groom on Wednesday 9/25. By Friday 9/27 our dog was full of fleas. Ever since our favorite groomer Ana left, we haven’t received the same attentive service. We won’t be returning.

Horrible owner, treats her workers like trash. Terrible pay for employees , and unsafe environment for the dogs. With her grooming skills, you’d be much better going to Petsmart. If you are a groomer, I recommend running far far away from this establishment. If you are a pet parent, I suggest you take your dog somewhere else away from the money hungry owner, Tanera Swan.

After they changed my appointment time because they didn't have a groomer and I was ok with it!....the day of the appointment i was running later so they decided to keep my deposit and didn't even consider that I was OTW and they had previously changed my time.......customer service sucks

Tanera is a really bad business owner. Unsanitary, overbooks us groomers/bathers, really doesn’t care unless it brings her money, etc. Everyone is severely underpaid as well. Unhealthy environment for your dogs and the people who are taking care of your dogs. I do not recommend.

OMG they did an amazing job on my nephew. He looks absolutely adorable. This is my first time coming here and they now have a lifetime customer with me shout out to Anna who is absolutely wonderful. I wish I could give 10 stars.
