I bought my Nissan Altima from Stone Mountain Nissan over 10 years ago and have repeatedly returned to Stone Mountain for all of my car services. A huge shoutout to Heath Wages for being an amazing Service Manager. The service department is prompt, thorough, and incredibly professional. Heath is great at communicating/discussing my car's needed or upcoming services, prices, and timing for completion. From online scheduling to complimentary shuttles, it's a seamless process!

Called to get an appointment and they worked me in around my schedule. Super courteous, friendly and efficient. I waited for the work to be done because I needed a quick turn around. Mr Sullivan came and picked me up brought me coffee and took and time working with me. When he stepped away he continued to check and me, and asked if I needed anything he showed me where the bathroom was and made sure he I had a car before leaving. I love my new car and the customer service that he provided. I will continue to do service with him in the future and refer my family and friends to him.
