Horrible. Customer service is non existent in this facility. Lottery purchase was done by someone who knows nothing about the lottery and gas purchase was cancelled. My card excepts my money back immediately.. still waiting on 15 to return to my card. Last time for me and t9 top it off the place is wet and filthy. Watch out!

Always good experiences. Best cigarette prices and gas price is usually on point too. This store has come along way.!

Very rude employees in the register if someone having trouble you should help not just be move out the way and get the next person in line and I seen this type of behavior only in afternoon hours

Rude worker yelled at my friend for refilling sprite when other workers never trip about it she also acted like she knew who I was but I feel like she was under the influence of marijuana or something but terrible costumer service never again coming here

Speedway 5604 Lawrenceville Hway 30047Tonight I went in to buy a tobacco product and was charged the for the item $12. The clerk who I'm not at all mad at because he acknowledged his mistake and felt bad he cannot correct it.He had accidentally handed me the wrong item (njoy cartridge). When I brought it to his attention he was going to exchange the item for the correct one. The manager stepped in and said under no circumstance can they exchange or refund tobacco products. We both said it was his fault that he handed me the wrong one she said it does not matter I just have to deal with it. So basically everyone was saying hey we messed up but you have to pay for it and that's just how it is. So I ended up leaving with no product minus- $12. Not only have they lost my business but this in some way seems illegal. I will be checking into that more. It's not the $12 that makes a difference it's the way it was handled. 7/11/21 10:30pm.
