We purchased a Lexus from SLM yesterday and couldn't be any more pleased with the vehicle. Moreover, Marci was wonderful to work with and she communicates brilliantly. We traveled from out of state in our hunt for specific make and model, and she worked with us, with that in mind. The experience was a blessing, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

It was a pleasure shopping at SLM AUTOMarcy assisted me with purchasing my second vehicleShe answered all my questionsKept an open line of communication and has accommodated me with all my service needsIf you’re looking to purchase your first car or a vehicle in general this is the place to shop !!!Review update !!Had a few minor issues with the carTire sensor and a light on the dash going out which was my favorite part of the vehicleAfter several read message that weren’t responded to and phone callsI decided to leave a messageMy call was returned days later but at this point I felt I was being blatantly ignored soThose minor issues wouldn’t be fixed else whereI contacted them about the issues before the two weeks were up and didn’t get a response until the fourth weekNow I just found out that the car has a engine oil leak well I’m assuming that that’s the only issueI would recommend someone having a trusted mechanic when car shoppingCheck all oils and etc

It's cliche to say, but I don't typically leave reviews. So please believe me when I say that this was easily the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The people at SLM are amazing and kind, the price of the car was more than fair, and they even offered to help me with repairs if there were any issues that popped up after my purchase. They stand behind their cars and made me feel super comfortable with something that's such a big decision. After a few months, I'm enjoying my car more than I thought I would. They're the best!

Update: The car salesman/ owner of this dealership is not truthful. I bought a vehicle from him not really knowing if the car had any malfunctions or mechanical issues because I purchased it from out of town and the car was shipped to me. Owner ASSURED ME that the car was in perfect working condition, hyped the car up by saying that it has only 1 previous owner, so all of the service records were up to date. Well I received the car with a “coolant warning” sign in the dash. I asked about it once I received the car, (because pictures of the in dash weren’t taken. RED FLAG). He assured me that it was because the car was up high while it was being towed here lol. Took the car to a dealer to get checked out, and the car needed a new water pump and belt. Which ended up being thousands of dollars to get fixed. I wouldn’t recommend getting a car from here just based off of shady business practices. I personally believe he knew that the car had bigger issues, but still chose to lie. Annnnnndddd he lied about some of the features that the car had as well.

Fantastic sales process and car. Got 2016 Camaro SS Convertible. Drove 4.5 hrs to get to them since they were the only ones in the Southeast with the car I wanted. Quick and easy so on my way back home in no time. I had my mechanic check it out when I got home. All was great with nothing to do since car checked out with no problems. I’ve had the car less than 2 weeks and title already in my hand. Excellent work on their end.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Just purchased my dream car and I couldn’t be happier! I almost never write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience with the lovely Miss Marcy and the SLM Sales & Auto team, I just had to share!From the clear and timely communication about the car before coming in, to the easy breezy test drive, and sales process, SLM blew me away.It’s rare to have an experience at a used car dealership where you feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Marcy did everything she could to make what is usually a stressful experience, easy and fun!Ever since high school, I’ve dreamed of owning a white Rav4, and the one I purchased at SLM was PERFECT.
