Sorry to read the other review here, but we had the exact opposite experience in every regard. I grew up in my Dad's auto shop and went on to become a multi-degreed engineer, always doing my own work on our vehicles. We happen to be opening a business near Sixditch, had heard great things about them from our business neighbors, and I was way too busy to get to a couple of issues with our van fixed, so I swallowed my pride took it to them. They were quick, responsive, thoroughly excellent throughout, and very reasonable on the price. Our experience could not possibly have been any better.
