Bad, very bad things went for me in this store today, it is the first time I go and I hope it will be the last in this location, with photos I show what they gave me, totally different colors than what I needed, just due to negligence or laziness, I trusted As I imagine many do, and totally disappointed, of the 4 matches I made, none of them were correct, but I can almost certainly say that it was on purpose, because when they showed them to me they agreed the same, but what a surprise when I started painting.
Very unfortunate that they play with clients' time, money and work.

Like, they are low, there is staff in this store but in other stores I see that they have more staff because if they take too long for an order.

Customer Service Sucks there waiting in line forever while workers in the back talking ...Customer service reps didn't say someone will be with you in a moment just a overall bad experience.

One of the slower Sherwin Williams to process your order. Took 20 mins after I told the rep at the counter to get my order. Only 1 5g bucket too.

Fletcher the manager helped out with getting the paint for me at that moment. I need a lot more but he helped me with just one gallon!! Will shop here again!

It is one of my favorite stores. In some places they serve you well and in others it seems that they are asking for free things that are amazing, they have character but well, I hope one day they change and they are not barbaric.

Bad customer service. Employee tried to read to me like I was a 5 year old like he thinks he’s superior to me or something. Wouldn’t let me buy paint with my own money because they said they needed my company’s owner permission when I’m paying with my own personal card not using my company’s account.

The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I hadn’t purchased paint for quite a while but they still had all my previous information on file. My current painter insisted on Sherwin Williams for its quality and ease of application.
