Pump card reader would not work including tap to pay. Literally just wanted gas and ended up leaving without it. Worthless.

I always have problem with Shell not taking my credit card at the pump and shows on the screen to see cashier. This is the reason why from now on, I will never buy gas at Shell anymore unless if I am in the middle of the dessert and desperately really need the gas and no other gas station nearby is available. It is very frustrating. I have stoped buying from Shell for a few years now, and decided to give another try and buy from them recently, and still it gave me the same issue. No more Shell for me. I will always buy from Quicktrip; they are my number one choice. I never have any issue with Quicktrip and it has always been a pleasant experience with them. It is very frustrating trying to pay at Shell and they don’t want to take your money. How crazy!!

One of my two go to spots for gas, lottery tickets or whatever. The workers here are always friendly. The sign says wear a mask for entry but everyone doesn’t and they never say anything…. they could do better with that part. Gas is reasonably priced.

I was otw to work and i decided to stop and grab some juice before clocking in. I walk to the refrigerator and grabbed a Mistic mango carrot juice....mind you these are in glass bottles....long story short the rude bigot (Asian man) that works in the morning . So i go to grab a drink and the slidding technique that holds all beverages in line brings all the rest of the drinks towards the front for the next person. Well the one towards the back shatters everywhere...all over my shoes and glass was in my shoe. This idoit charged me the broken one as well. I hope he gets a flat and his wide cheats on him worh a Bbc.
